The resources are very good at their different roles and its amazing how easy it is to find all kind of resources that can carter for all the needs required for different fields!

We are a company specialized in Saas for fashion drop-shipping, we started working with Virtual employee June 2024, we wanted to insert one senior developer in our team, we wanted to go even one step further to make sure the resource is inserted properly and hired their tech lead for a month to insert this resource properly in our team.

For Five months we gave this resource one task to design a new order Api flow, which took over 400 hours for her to finish and at the end, she launched it in the most critical week of the year for our business Black Friday week, with a lot of errors and caused a lot of mess in our dashboard.

Not only were the hours inflated, but also the resource was very defensive and did not take accountability of her errors, management was absent to address this, overall we felt very deluded by this, not only is this company forcing you to take part time or full time staff with no tracking of their hours like on other platforms like upwork or other agencies, but also you are supposed to pay for their annual leave and holidays even though they are not full time with you.

Five years of experience working with freelancer, I would not recommend this agency. I would recommend any stock up or company to hire people on upwork where you can (make hourly contract with proper time tracking with screen capture, or milestones escrow payments after task completed) this will guarantee you your rights in case something goes wrong.

Virtual were exceptionall easy and professional to deal with. They constantly sought any feedback and and any adjustments required were quickly activated. My direct contact, Bibhuti, was very attentive to the tasks given and made instant changes when required.
