Amazing panel with amazing support. I love how their panel looks, they've done great working updating it constantly. There are minor bugs but those usually get patched out quickly. This company has some of the best 24/7 support. Some of their best support reps are Jevin and Rohit.

Horrible service, they refused to give a refund for 4 days, they wanted access to my server after already attempting to resolve it with my IT team they continue to repeat themselves. Be aware that these people are awful in being righteous when it comes to your money and obeying their terms of service.

Yep, these Clowns Request that you install their buggy software with most unsafe installation imaginable.

You better have a 50 gallon drum of Extra potent RAID to kill all these bugs. And I'm not talking about a (Redundant Array of Independent Disks) or a JBOD. Were Talking Industrial Strength Insect killer because this software is infested.

The Clown that I spoke to on support who I nicknamed Parakeet because he kept repeating everything I said, actually provided instruction on how to get my server hacked and get all information stole.

For those of you who leave OS installation to your host, DON'T. Your host is shady, sorry it's a fact. You have maybe a 5% chance of not landing with a Shady Host. Big Names, doesn't matter, they can take Shady to the next level. Like the one that is something Daddy.

Anyway, you need to learn to check behind them and Put Them In Check.

Back to the Virtualizor Clowns, I install my own software and OS, I install My OS to security standards defined in templates to fit the situation. Example, installing AlmaLinux they have pre-defined templates and if you chose one you can't even install your OS until certain measures are in place and then the rest is automatically performed during installation. Saves a lot of time and keeps you from forgetting things. I believe Centos and Rocky have exactly the same options for installation.

Anyway, there are a lot of best practices here that you Definitely should follow, your host does not and Virtualizor goes out of their way to make your server as insecure as possible.

If you follow these Clowns, you will get hacked!

Oh and Trust Pilot is trying to Scam and Mislead Consumers by waiting around 90 ish days to remove Real user reviews for the companies who pay them for premium services. This is a very dishonest move and fabricates misinformation to cosumers which is exactly what they clainm they are trying prevent.

Anyway, they keep emailinfg while II'm busy and I can't this particular email at the moment but this iis one they want to remove.

they have few problems, its not the best, but its feature rich and certainly pretty good at that price range.. customer support is bad but if you know how to set up things it mostly works good

Company very responsive when a problem arises, is very competitive in terms of pricing.

Stay away from them
Full of bugs, nothing works not tech support at all

Do not use their products, they do work, but unstable.
Random updates which contain lots of bugs and errors.
They have a very low quality, slow support where they can't really help. If you tell them that you have a problem with their product they will ban you from live chat.

Virtualizor is probably the worst hypervisor ever made. Unstable, perpetual crashes, VM that are corrupting themselves, and a system that works almost correctly just on Centos 7 (depreacated for years !). The support does not help as much, and is not really qualified (they don't know how to mount a disk... Just that...).
More than all, the most important issue is that this system is closed. You cannot modify anything (for example the virtual network bridges are managed automatically and cannot be modified manually. When you want to use a bgp or gre session, this is a problem).
I am mooving all of my infrastructures onto ProxMox. This is less user friendly, but at least, it works.

Had a data breach, leaked all my personal data including names, phone numbers, emails and addresses then pretty much said "yeah that sucks, deal with it". Awful company.

don't buy Virtualizor (Softculous) product they haven't support team for provide support for your critical issue.
waste of money. Mr.Rohit is simply passing the time and not providing any support

Support could use improvement overall and so can the software, however, mostly everything functions as it should & support try to assist with issues, though, the number of knowledge agents have could improve.

This company feels like a scam, I bought 2 licence for my servers and none of them worked and we I cntacted them, there was no help at all, and also no refund. Stay away from them.

An incredible program. Probably made by people with ultra-human skills. With the best h24 support there is (with hyper competent people).
In short, I consider virtualizor beautiful both with the graphic point, backend and above all the INFINITE functionalities and also those related to WHCS.
