Zoe is a complete lifeline to my business. I’d been struggling under the weight of running my business for 10 years and within a matter of weeks she has transformed it into being smoother running and more profitable.

She’s designed and implemented my website from scratch with minimal need for my input, it’s completely as we had discussed and I love it. Zoe has created countless new materials and services for me such as logos across my businesses, social media buttons and content, event ticketing and updating my CRM system. Zoe’s daily tasks within my business include email management, setting up meetings and calls, creating quotes, following up with clients, chasing invoices amongst anything else she sees that needs doing. She’s often done something before I’ve even thought to ask her.

Zoe is always forthcoming about things we/she could do to make processes easier or slicker. She’s fantastic with my clients and a pleasure to work with. Zoe holds me accountable whilst not adding to the daily stress of running the business.

Zoe’s work ethic is exceptional and her working hours are flexible around my business and my time.

Starting a business can be exciting, but when it’s only you, suddenly you need to be a Marketeer, a Web Designer, an Administrator, along with multiple other roles, and this is all before you have even started the business.

It doesn’t matter how amazing the goods or services your business offers are; without the above skills your business is going to struggle to get off the ground. You can of course purchase these services, but the cost of marketing, a Web Designer, along with the other skills needed are expensive, particularly as all these costs are before you have generated any income.

I recently faced this challenge along with the reality that the total cost of sourcing all these services were expensive. You can imagine how pleased I was when I discovered a company that could do all this work, and what was more pleasing, is it could do it at a fraction of the price.

Zoe has been an absolute breath of fresh air! I recently asked Zoe to do some tweaking on my website as it was something I set up myself years ago and needed someone with the skills, knowledge and expertise to stream line my site and take it to the next level.

I had a few quotes from some other website designers which were out of my budget as they wanted to do the whole website from scratch but mine just needed tweaking.

So to find someone who can offer affordable rates on an hourly adhoc basis and work on what was already there is great.
