Sadly my experience was worse than bad. I had mail go missing - mail being held up for months - I had to cancel - I was paying for services I never got.

Best Virtual Office Service you will find!
I love that my address is hidden from the public!
It means I can look professional and receive parcels in the post without someone knowing my home address.
The royal mail service was expensive, a flaff to sign up for and a huge waiting list for a PO BOX, however within 2 days Virtual Office let me sign up and use their mailing address.
The team are friendly and quick to send an email and process sending out your parcel.
No regrets with the service- I'm so happy :)

Overall very pleased
I have been using Virtual Office Services (Ghost Mail) for 7 months, as registered office for my company, and overall am very pleased.
The pricing was competitive and post has been forwarded swiftly (yes I even sent a test letter).
On the couple of occasions that I phoned them, the call was answered quickly by a helpful person (Tilli).
The only slight niggle is that when I appointed a Company Secretary for my company, there were additional charges, both to use the address and another charge if I wanted to have any post forwarded (bearing in mind that there is already a charge per letter and per page for forwarding any post)

Simple to setup
Simple to setup. The only slight negative thing was that I was unable to add in the name I required for the mailbox. That said, it was sorted afterwards via email.
