Sadly my experience was worse than bad. I had mail go missing - mail being held up for months - I had to cancel - I was paying for services I never got.

Perfect, truthful & honest. What more do you need.
After several wasted phone call's to other mailbox address's who wanted you to remortgage for a yearly subscription I actually felt exhausted with the entire process. But then I came across Virtual UK Office Services & spoke to the most pleasant understanding chap who was so helpful & even suggested for the size of my company take the lower package offer, he didn't have to do that, as it also saved me money. I've found a mail address for the duration of my business & can't recommended them enough.
