Virtuzone is a scam company which is charging 4 times the actual price for services without doing extra work and just being a middleman. I have been paying 22k aed for trade license renewal in creative city fujairah free zone for 3 years. After contacting the freezone directly asking for their prices I found out the actual price is 5k aed. Even the freezone acknowledged that they are scammers and now I’m a direct client of the freezone. In total I overpaid this company over 70k aed for all types of additional services like signing 1 paper which ended up costing 10k aed and he mentioned would be a small fee. I would submit all email communication with creative city fujairah freezone showing proof that this company is a scam but there is no option. Total scam, this company only makes things complicated and it’s faster, easier and especially much cheaper to do it yourself. They should be closed down and the owner should be prosecuted to pay back the people he scammed, total disgrace to the UAE

Virtuzone is retaining funds for services never provided.
Escalation with Authorities about Virtuzone and Hillhouse in UAE is ongoing.
Key facts:
- Service paid. Never delivered.
- After reviews claims published, a refund was offered contingent on me removing my reviews first ("goodwill gesture if you remove reviews" — written by Director Rakan Al Khaheri) using my own money as leverage.
- I did remove the review.
- I did not receive the money I paid.
- Virtuzone Power of Attorney samples provided were undated and unidentified.
- Virtuzone operates as Virtuzone Dubai Branch under UAE onshore regulations
- Invoiced through an offshore entity (FZ LLC) for the same contract.
- Invoices show no VAT and no service description.
- Their own contract required arbitration through DIFC with a panel of top-5 law firm of Dubai.
- I contacted DIFC and DIFC confirmed in writing: This clause renders the entire contract void.
When confronted, Director Rakan Al Khaheri responded in writing:
"We will no longer respond to you, but will cooperate with authorities should you file a complaint."
Subsequent requests for a decent legal contact were ignored and documented.

I had a very positive experience with Virtue Zone, who supported me with my residence visa, Emirates ID, and my daughter’s visa extension.

Our experience working with the Virtuzone service in Dubai has been mixed, and there are several areas where improvement would be very welcome.
First, the approach to client support often feels overly focused on cost rather than problem-solving. Whenever we reach out for assistance or guidance regarding our business needs, the immediate response from the team is often to highlight paid services, additional fees, or invoices. While we fully understand that services have associated costs, we would appreciate a more consultative approach—taking the time to understand the issue first and advising on the best solution before immediately positioning paid services.
Second, there appears to be significant turnover within the team. Over time we have had to interact with multiple different contacts, which has required repeatedly explaining our business structure, our needs, and our processes. This lack of continuity creates inefficiencies on both sides and leads to unnecessary repetition of administrative steps that should already be understood.
Another challenge is the lack of coordination across departments. As we use several services with the company, it would be extremely beneficial to have a central relationship manager who oversees the overall client relationship. Currently, the experience feels fragmented, with each department operating independently and without a unified view of the client.
Given the pricing of the services—which is often above market rates—we believe a higher level of cohesion, continuity, and client understanding should be a minimum expectation.
We hope this feedback is helpful and that these points can be addressed moving forward, as there is strong potential for a much more efficient and collaborative working relationship.

Honestly, I just feel like Virtuzone has been the obstacle vs the support. My experience with your team changes depending on who I speak too. It is inconsistent. I am trapped in this annual deal where every time we renew our license it is a painful process. The visa renewal is worse. The problem is as an entrepreneur I am constantly short on time and need to get things done fast. But if I had the chance to go back in time and change things I would have applied to the Freezone directly because Virtuzone provide no added value beyond, talking me through a checklist I could have downloaded online. The only reason im still a customer is because I haven't found the time to change.

I have been working with Virtuzone team for 3 years now and I felt obligated to share my honest thoughts. Since I started the process 3 years ago I was given false timelines, things will take "x time" and ended up 3x longer.
I have opened 2 companies with them and paid over 20-30k USD. This year my partner decided to join my business and we planned on doing Visa and ID for her, we sent all documents via their preferred channels, as requested in a timely manner. This was sent 3 months ago in October, and the employee by the name of Rafael claims he never received those documents in the email thread even though every other email he did receive, as well as responded to, and his colleague Rahul who was working with us has received them. This has caused a delay of over 3 months of waiting for Visa & ID for her. I reached out to Rafael 14 days ago and received automated text that he is coming back from vacation on 6th. Today is 12th and I never received a reply back. You are essentially pay tens of thousands of dollars to not get a response back for weeks, for their agent to forget that you sent their information. Now I was informed that due to the delay of their agent not seeing that email and not checking with me, we will have fees for my partner overstaying in country, fees caused simply from the lack of their agent doing what was paid and promised.
I promise you every single time it takes weeks to get ahold of them, constant pressing and following up to simply get a response. They are clearly not a scalable business that can take the amount of clients they have, or they do not care about their clients. Imagine how insane it is to pay 10s of thousands of $ not to get a response for weeks, for someone to then cause further delay where you now have criminal fees for overstaying, putting you in a dangerous position in another country. Terrifying. This is not a company that values their customers.
