This really has taken the stress out of continously refreshing VFS's website.

Needed an Italian Schengen visa urgently and they worked so fast. Got an appointment within 5 days. This guys are great.

The service works, but I find the platform buggy in many ways:
- it looks like you should be able to change the number of applicants in one booking, but the counter doesn’t work. No explanation given.
-the password to access the order does not always work even if typed in correctly.
- my order was cancelled but I didn’t get any notification and I don’t know why that happened.
In the end it does what it says, but could work better, I think.
- both address lines seem to be obligatory 🤷🏻‍♀️ so I had to enter my street address twice.

Good experience booking appointment for visa

I tried to get an appointment on the VFS website manually for weeks for Portugal in London and we were now nearing the end of April (trip booked for last week of May) and discovered the VisaCatcherBot. It got me an appointment in 3 days after signing up! The Visacatcherbot was faster as I got notification for the availability and I still couldn't get it in time.

Appointment date: 30th April 2026 at 12:30pm in London

We arrived an hour early only to wait outside the building (Dress well for the weather - pack umbrella if needed). Appointment times were almost an hour behind. At 12pm they were still calling people in with 11am appointments! We got in around 1:30pm. Once you get in you're issued a ticket after they've scanned your appointment letter and you go upstairs.

We sat in a room and waited for an hour for our ticket number to be called in order to go to the cubicle number stated. (For Portugal, it was cubicles 1-5). They take your picture and your finger prints and go through your documents. We had to print 2 documents which the agent allowed us to do using the printer downstairs, which is 50p per sheet. You pay using a credit/debit card on a printer page you get from QR code/website on the wall downstairs next to the printer (ask reception if you need help)

You must print the eVisa page you get when you get a share code (not the actual share code). Many people were printing that on the day!

Ensure that your travel insurance covers all Schengen countries (even if you aren't travelling to those countries at all) No exceptions or exclusions of any country in the Schengen states.

We were done by 2:40pm.

Appointment date: 30th April 2026
Passport arrived: 7th May 2026
Multiple entry Schengen visa valid til 24th Aug 2026.
(we had a cover letter and documentation for another trip to Croatia in August 2026).
Only had 1 previous Schengen visa for Spain before this one.

I have tried many times myself. I have been blocked for times. They helped me make it in a couple of days. Saved a lot of time. I don't need to check my app many times every day. In addition, it is easy to use. I want to say, thanks.

It works! It would be nice to get an idea of how many people are ahead of you in the queue, but it worked. You never know with Telegram services, but this one seems legit .

It is extremely difficult to secure a slot without this visa catcher. so time and energy saver.
