This bot was a lifesaver!
With my travel date fast approaching, it helped me secure an appointment just in time. Chasing slots can be so difficult otherwise.

Threatened wont get the appointment if i dont change review
I initially gave 3 stars cuz i am not yet able to verify if appointment is real. Got threatened i wont get the appointment if i dont remove my 3 star review. If reviews are forced then its very questionable. This is a paid service so customers should be able to review based on how they felt about it not how the customer service feels we should put on review! I am giving it one as it is violating our rights as customers!

Antwoord van Visa Catcher
Thank you for your review.
We have thoroughly searched our records and cannot identify you as a customer. We have no booking, account, or correspondence matching the allegations made in your review.
We categorically deny ever threatening a customer to change or remove a review in exchange for an appointment. That is simply not how we operate. We do not ask for positive reviews, only honest feedback based on each customer's genuine experience.
We also note that your Trustpilot profile contains very few reviews, the majority of which are highly critical of different businesses. While everyone is entitled to share their opinion, we believe readers should consider the broader context before accepting serious allegations against a company, particularly when there is no verifiable record that the reviewer has ever used our service.
If you have genuinely used our service, please contact us at **hello@visacatcher.bot** with the email address or booking details used for your order. We will investigate immediately and, if we have made a mistake, we will address it promptly.
Works 100% easy to use
