By mistake, i made the visa payment twice. Even before i could ask for a refund, visard refunded it within 12 hrs. They are prompt to respond. So good that i upgraded my plan from notifications to auto booking service. Totally worth it

2. The notification service is valid for 31 days. During this period, you can book as many appointments as needed - for yourself, family, or friends.

Great service
This is my second time using Visard to book a Schengen visa appointment, and it’s become my go-to. Even though it’s a paid service, it’s absolutely worth it for the time and effort it saves. Their customer service is also really good — they’re available on weekdays from 9 to 5 and are always responsive and helpful.
