The past three days have been incredibly enriching, inspirational, and motivating. During this session, I learned various factors that can accelerate both our professional and personal growth. It was a wonderful experience working with mentor Vishal, as well as other experienced mentors and industry leaders, who provided invaluable insights on career improvement and redefining the processes we follow. It was a great 3 day Transformational CGE event by Vishal Mocha and team. The energy was great through out all the 3 days especially Vishal and Geetanjali. The 3 key take aways from this 3 day CGE event are as follows:
1. A Strong Identification of Differentiator Statement compared to others in the external world is very much required for the carrier growth.
2. The usage of linked in tools is the key for success in the job market.
3. The 3C's for elevator pitch and identification of classification of senior management, is a must of exposure management.

Overall the event is a Transformational Event that has given me the transformation steps from Me Too to Me Only and has thought me all the key Massive Actions that needs to be taken in the future days.

I have taken lots of positive energy from this event and will definitely take all the Massive Actions required for the success in career growth.

It was wonderful attending 3 day workshop although I had attended only 2 days due to Some issues.
Too many valuable inputs about how to build relationships with Boss and Visibility with Sr Management, Then todays session with Sugeeta Madam, Eram about skillset for inteviews , do's and don'ts .
And above All Ofcourse Guru Vishal Manocha, Definitely would like to associate with you n team in future too...

Vishal , you changed the whole perspective of mine by showing me a mirror that, I need to groom myself which will bring a better version of myself by following all that what you taught in 3 days and also by going through the 21 days challenge. I have attended 3-day event conducted by Vishal Manocha. It is very insightful and eye opener. I got the direction that I needed. Promotion for the next CGM meetings can be moved to 3rd day.

Overall, I see this meeting is useful for me. Thank you, Vishal.

I've attended Vishal's master class by spending 99rs & also spend 10k for 21days grooming challenge. What I've noticed the focus on content is 5% and focus on promotions through testimonials is 95%. In 99rs session, he tried to promote his rs10k session and in rs10k session, he focused on promotions for next level promotion session i.e 3lakh rs+GST. It is understandable if he does the promotion for rs.99 sessions.if he repeats the same for rs.10k session. My sincere request is to focus atleast 50% on content and 50% on promotions.. Vishal should understand there are many professional out of office time involved and infact most of them took leave on Friday and attended full date session...

I will request Vishal if he want to promote instead of focusing content,then he should not include his marketing/promotion in the agenda.

I am completely dissatisfied.

In the entire duration he was doing his own marketing in most of time.

I put my 3 days surrender to Mr. Vishal. Learned a lot in 3 days. How to build self image. Differentiate self from the crowd. change the mindset from Job seeker to problem solver. which gives more confident to negotiate the salary package and be in commanding position. With the 3days learning i am able to position myself inn a better position and confident of getting the respectable position in my demine

Incredible, mind blowing. Changed my conception and perception of life of carrier. 1st I thought grooming means how to dress, even bought new office dress, ha-ha, but later I was dumb stuck that I had not thought my life this way. These 3 days are memorable, and I am also feeling I had landed to new version of me.

After working for 15 years in a automobile sector as a genral manager sales and service both, I had some hesitations to apply for big brand in India but no more fear,
Maximum my concept are almost clear that fear is just in my mind it's not real, as per 3 days experience with TVM it should have been attended last year March because I did payment in last year but got a time to attend in these days,
Vishal now I can sure there will different sahebrao shinde will be in next 100 days and will definately attend CGM then

This is 3 Day eye opener seminar. It helps to clear myth we have about corporate. The in dept framework presented explained what we need to do and how we need to do. This was superb experience emotionally, listening to their journey, how to realise self potential

I have attended 3 days Career grooming session and I can sense the positive changes in me in just 3 days. My thought process is completely changed after attending 3 days event. It was so interesting and amazing that didn't want to miss a single minute. The day started with exercise, fun & filled activities, able to meet and listen to mind blowing groom stars.
