Overall a good platform for growth and analysing your true potential

Don't buy... waste of money...

My experience is absolutely the same as Shanta Nag's review in the entire list of reviews. The speaker mentions right at the start of the webinar that if you want to progress and to fast track your career development you need to enroll yourself to their 2 or 3 day program which will be expensive. I have 15 years of experience in the Information Technology arena. This is only a pep talk, more like a motivational speech. The speaker mentions things like you need to be different, stand out from the crowd, find a way to communicate with the top management, come with your own plan that will change the entire industry, figure out what you have to offer to them and which will make you a valuable employee and then you will be in a place to demand more salary. Round and round come back to the same place. I will bet you will feel so delighted after the class and so content and when somebody asks you to summarize and what are the top 5 things you have learnt thats gonna change your life for ever. You will blink and be bank. Dont fall for it. Instead by Rich Dad and Poor Dad and read. You will thank me. Good luck.

The 3 days event was very nice and full energetic session. It's not only for the professional career grooming but also for your personal, Family, career, Health, wealth and social improvement.

The process and technique they acquire, that really good to achieve anything in your life. Just we need to put our commitment and follow the process.

But I believe that, if they could have implemented some process or technique to track all the Mentie's daily work routine to follow all the task like 21 days grooming challenge and self-audit etc. before coming to the 3 days event. where people could have updated the tracker to get more confident to go further and realize the self-change on him.

Little bit disappointed because the complete journey is too expensive.

Vishal Manocha's facilitation skills were commendable. His ability to articulate complex concepts in an accessible manner and maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere stood out. His genuine passion for the subject matter was evident and contributed significantly to the overall positive experience.

The event was well-organized, with a clear structure and seamless transitions between sessions. The schedule was adhered to, and the organizers ensured that participants had all the necessary information well in advance. I attended a mastery course recently, starting with a 99 Rs webinar. However, the experience turned out disappointing. After registering, they asked for 15k for a 3-day class. The sessions were more about self-appreciation than valuable content. Even in the 15k course, there's an upsell for a 3-month program costing 3 lac. Investing in a course from IIM or IIT would likely offer better value for those with that budget. It's surprising people still buy into this. Consider alternatives that provide genuine learning and recognition.
