Brille ist billigstes Plastik, die Einstellung auf die Augenstärke ist mangelhaft.
Die Plastikgläser verzerren das Sichtfeld total.

They are on sale at various prices, they are on the
same quality level as a Christmas cracker toy.

Habe meine Bestellung online aufgegeben, die 63 Euro im Voraus abbuchen lassen und sogleich zwei Bestell-Bestätigungen per E-Mail am 25. und 27. Januar 2021 erhalten. Aber seitdem rührt sich bei Visionfocus nichts mehr. Ich fürchte, dass ich wohl ein Opfer von Betrügern geworden bin und dass Corona eine Ausrede für angebliche Lieferschwierigkeiten sein könnte.
Kann nur jedem Interessenten raten: Finger weg!

Never got a refund. A complete and utter con !! The glasses are so substandard it's untrue!

PLEASE DO NOT THINK THAT THESE WILL FIX WHAT ACTUALLY IS A REAL ISSUE IN LIFE, THIS IS A CON TRICK !

Finally received a refund. It was a tortuous process designed to make you give up!! It was only after I threatened legal action and writing to all the sites posting their advert that things started moving. To be fair the money was refunded bit the whole process was extremely frustrating and trying. It took at least 10 emails. Best avoid the product for peace of mind.

I'm sorry for the people who feel cheated but the remedy is in their own hands.
When and ad catches my eye and then finding the price is difficult, if not impossible, my suspicions are aroused. I never proceed beyond this point without reading some reviews.
Had the people who complained done so first, it's unlikely that they would have proceeded to be fleeced.

As most other buyers find these are utter rubbish. I should have checked here first, but got suckered into there advert because my wife needs a cateract op and lockdown has delayed that. So I thought I was doing her a good turn. How very disappointing. Now trying the credit card company as they are legally liable

Ordered these a month ago before reading reviews. said the glasses were shipped three weeks ago, but any attempt to contact this company is useless. Meanwhile, they have my money and refuse to reply to emails or phone calls. Big scam.

I asked for refund since they didn't suit me,I am still waiting for it .Spects are not what they try to sell you for,they are cheap plastic stuff. You don't have to return glasses to Luthuania since they are dispatched from from a warehouse in Southall. So be ware before you order them.

Bought on a facebook and product did not even have name on box .was not useful for what me and my husband needed for better vision,phone and 3-mail not working,even tryed tracing phone . on a controlled budget , need our refund

Purchased these glasses from an advert on the net. No mention that they were being sold and dispatched from
Lithuania at a cost to me of £8.95. This was added after I pressed the pay button at PayPal. Glasses arrived, very disappointed with the quality. Tried the adjuster, very stiff and sounded like an old gearbox that needed oiling. These glasses are absolute crap and the customer service also is crap. Contacted customer service and after 5 attempts finally got a reply. Asked for refund, they gave return details for posting to Lithuania at my cost of £10.20 plus packing.
This is the biggest scam I’ve fallen for. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered a pair of their glasses which seemed like such a good idea. However, their ad did not state that they were unsuitable for anyone with astigmatism, so they are no good for me as I am severely affected. Now I discover that I am dealing with a company in Lithuania and I am unsure whether or not I can trust their financial honesty sufficiently to return the glasses and ask for a refund.

Check before you buy. Very cheap. I tried to return them, no way.I was never able to get my money back. Never got it. They give you a run around, then you end up no where.

I ordered a pair of glasses there site says money back guarantee then before they where shipped I sent an email to customer service cancelling the order. They ignored my request and shipped them anyway. They said that I would need instructions on how to send them back and that they would send them to me have requested this several times without response and now have no choice but to go to my credit card provider and cancel the payment as I have no other choice. I would not recommend them as they are very difficult to deal with and unresponsive

I liked the idea as presented - bought a pair - they arrived and when I opened the package I started laughing and realized I had been had! This is the type of item to sell on the back of a comic book. Plastic lenses so poorly made that they would give a headache. In trying to adjust them, they broke apart. Don’t waste your money... better off with glasses from the pharmacy counter if you need a pair for an emergency.

Over the years I have spent a lot on glasses and when I saw the advert for visionfocus.com I thought, at last some spectacles for a good price AND adjustable.
Please don’t bother, when they arrived I thought it was a joke, the quality was awful and after reading the instructions, tried to adjust the specs. They literally fell to pieces, so badly made and the lens are just cheap plastic that you couldn’t look through let alone read with! They look like the kind of cheap gift you get in second rate crackers at Christmas.
So please don’t be tempted they are horrible, don’t waste your money.
