Wanted pillows used in Hilton Gatwick.like sleeping on a cloud. Website said the premier suite pillow was nearest but it is not. Harder than expected , comfortable but not sleeping on a cloud . Shame... Toon meer

I've checked and can se that you only sent an Instagram message just after 4pm yesterday, just before our office closed for the day. Did you email us earlier? We generally respond to customer messages within 48 hours.
I can see that one of our staff has responded to you on Instagram this morning and it shows you have read it. We have also sent you your tracking number in a follow-up message.
Apologies about the delay in your order shipping. We normally deliver within 3-5 working days, but I appreciate it has now been 5 working days since you placed your order. However, this has now been shipped and can be tracked with the tracking code we sent you.

Having experienced these pillows on a saga cruise, we knew the quality and comfort they provided and were not disappointed! Very quick delivery and good price. Fabric is great quality feels fresh and smooth, adding to a great nights sleep!

The pillow is excellent
The pillow is excellent. With this pillow my headaches disappeared. I had constantly headaches for the last 4 years and since using this pillow, I can rest properly.

Failed to deliver item / failed to notify of delay / failed to respond to email / even after delay a 2nd attempt stated wait another 3 days as they are having problems.... not surprised.

I can see that the order was dispatched on time. The issue is that the courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address and has now decided to send the order back to us.

Great company to deal with the bedding is good quality.

Vision Linens - unsatisfactory service
I placed an Order at the beginning of December 2025. I did not receive any goods.
I emailed Vision Linens but also did not receive a response.
I called them on 6 January 2026 to ask where my order was. I was told that I needed to speak to Customer Service but they were not available at that time. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, took my details and said someone would call me back. I did not receive a call but later in the day on 6 January 2026 received an email saying that my order had been cancelled and money refunded.
I found this to be extremely discourteous and unnecessary.

Thanks for leaving feedback, we really appreciate it as it helps us improve.
We'll hold our hands up on this, our service levels lately were not what we usually offer and we've been working hard to get back to our usual levels of service, which we're confident we're now back to. We've recently switched to new systems at the busiest time of year, and this caused big delays in orders going out and some issues with stock counts, which is what you experienced with your order in that the stock was no longer available to ship. We appreciate our communication about this could have been way better and we massively apologise for this.
Please be assured that, going forward, we are back to our normal dispatch and stock process. Although we appreciate this comes as too late for what you ordered. Apologies again.

Terrible company - possible scam
Terrible company - avoid! I placed an order a month ago, and have received nothing! I have had no dispatch email and have received no replies to the numerous emails I have sent.
This seems like a scam company!
Take my advice, purchase elsewhere because this company will take your money and you will receive no products with zero communication.
Wish I had read the reviews below before placing an order.

Thanks for your feedback. Please be assured we are not a 'scam'. We have been in business over 100 years in various guises and we're one of the top suppliers to the hospitality industry in the UK and globally, with clients such as Hilton. Our reviews are overwhelmingly positive, we have just received a few negative reviews recently due to the problems with our order system.
The reason for the delay with your order is because we recently switched internal systems. This has caused longer than expected delays with our order dispatch system. We appreciate this could have been communicated better. There is a notice on our delivery page and we did send an email out to all our newsletter subscribers, but we appreciate you may not be signed up to this list. Luckily, we are back to our normal dispatch process now, and we normally deliver within a few working days. Apologies that your order was placed during the period we were experiencing issues and apologies that it took so long to dispatch. This is not our usual service levels.
I've just checked your order and it was dispatched on the 30 December and is actually out for delivery with Evri today, between 10.30-12.30. Please do get in touch with us if you have any further issues.
