Hired them to sorting out the issue in my basement pipe blockage, Norbert quickly visited with his guys they identified the problem, unblocked the pipes and repaired the pipe-works.

He fitted a shower pump and new shower for me and explained the whole process throughout as I had been given a lot of conflicting advice from different plumbers previously. He went above and beyond to complete this work in a professional manner and did a really great job for me. Nothing was too much trouble. He is friendly and approachable and always on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Drainage report from a previous company had said I needed a trap removal but Vision plumbing identified that the issue was limescale blocking the drain. Proceeded to clean and descale and blockage is gone. Amazing service.

Norbert helped me to set up an outside tap, that connects to the mains and bypasses my soft water system. He came for a site visit, explained options and then came back the next day with parts to do the installation. For good measure, he set up my auto reel hose and affixed it neatly to the wall. A job 100% well done ✔️

Excellent - thoroughly recommend. Called at lunchtime about a leak through my ceiling. By late afternoon he'd arrived, was thorough in identifying the cause and had stopped the issue. Followed up about parts at 9pm and all resolved quickly with follow up after to check all still OK. Faultless.

Called up Norbert to fix a couple of toilets that had broken flush mechanisms. These are ones with concealed cisterns where you couldn't access it even after removing the face plate.

Norbert arrived on the day, told me what he had to do and stayed until 8pm until he finished both toilets. Kept me informed throughout and did the job for a really competitive price. Highly recommended.

I recently hired Norbert to solve a range of plumbing issues including fixing a Victorian cistern, replacing an electric shower, unblocking a sink, changing the taps and fixing a leak in my kitchen sink. He was brilliant. On time and very friendly, neat and tidy, and able to resolve all projects quickly and efficiently.

Norbet's work is like no one I ever met. HE works with his heart and soul and never rushes his job. He take his time to make sure the problem is resolved. Very honest; if he can do the work he'll say he can and if he can't he doesn't take any risk to compromise the outcome. Whenever you need him you find him...
