Several years ago, I purchased TWO Vision Scalper XI – Lifetime Licenses. Apparently, after adding “AI” to their Expert Advisor, the company decided to treat it as an entirely new product. As a result, my version 11.3 no longer receives updates.

So much for a LIFETIME LICENSE! What exactly is supposed to be “lifetime” about it if customers are simply abandoned when the company rebrands its software?

But that is not even the worst part.

We spent MONTHS testing this EA across approximately 100 trading terminals, experimenting with practically every possible configuration and setting.

Based on our extensive testing, we strongly suspect that the company delivers trading signals remotely, whether through WebRequest or some other mechanism. We consistently experienced MASSIVE SLIPPAGE, which repeatedly turned trades into losses.

The result? I LOST APPROXIMATELY $15,000!

We brought these serious technical concerns directly to the company's attention. Instead of properly investigating the execution issues and providing a credible technical solution, they responded with irrelevant, unhelpful answers that completely missed the point.

Their responses left us seriously questioning their technical competence and their understanding of the problems we were reporting.

After months of extensive testing, significant financial losses, and disappointing customer support, I have completely lost confidence in this company and its product.

A so-called lifetime license that becomes obsolete, serious execution problems, and customer support that fails to address legitimate technical complaints — this has been my experience with Vision Scalper.

I deeply regret trusting this company with my money.

If this review prevents even one trader from going through the same experience and losing thousands of dollars, then writing it was worth it.

It has now been 14 days since I purchased the EA, which is already 50% of my subscription period, and unfortunately no one has properly addressed my request yet.
I have been waiting for support regarding the reactivation of EA Vision Scalper XI for my account, but the issue is still unresolved.

What happened to the EA support ? Nobody is answering anymore......

I've been using Vision Scapler EA for almost a year now. Of all EA i tried in the past, this is the only EA that very stable and consistently deliver good profits. Even with geopolitical situations in the world right now, with the market volatility is very unpredictable, Vision Scalper handled trades efficiently.

I truly recommend this EA to all the traders struggling to earn a consistent profits.

I'll leave you with my opinion. The software works well and needs to be set according to certain parameters. The EA also offers set files with low, medium, and high risks to suit your preferences. If you don't want to take risks, you can set a low-risk configuration and earn with peace of mind. Those who trade must assume the risks of what they do. The support team is exceptional, kind, responds promptly, and always helps you with any difficulties. I recommend you purchase this fantastic EA, and if you have any problems with the settings or anything else, don't worry because the support will solve all your problems promptly. Buy it and you won't regret it.

At the beginning friendly and immediate service. After a half year than I use the product, they answer after a few weeks. About the product; here the results after a few month: It works against the market. The assets stay open for a long time, the swap and the commission after a few days and sometimes weeks, the taxes that we should pay and the monthly payment for the VPS does't much what the product produce. Since a few weeks (or months) on their website is fixed a "Limited Time" offer 100 €. And this should be an EA based on AI in Sinc with the Forex Economy Calendar. I'm not sure if it is a company or if they exist really, if yes, they are not able to build in a compatible EA, otherwise, it's a Fake.

Made about $200 in week - can't complain! Pretty happy with it so far.

I'm done with manual trading - too much hassle! EAs all the way from now on!

Absolute scam...... Stay away !!!!!

These bunch of SCAMMERS took my money... I paid for a subscription that I did not receive, then sent multiple messages to their so called "support" that were all completely ignored. DO NOT buy this SCAM.

What I like most is Customer Support, they are always ready to answer any query timely and detail. EA features are great too, you need not greed yourself like me! Slow and Steady ...

Scam! Don’t buy anything from this people they will give you a fake software and there is no refund policy!!I bought trial version for 29$ (inlimited demo accounts and 1 live account 14 days) and there were clear instruction how to instal done 4 times but pity no trades started. They use fake software to convince you you have bought an EA and push you to fix your license to give them more money! Be aware and contact me if you need more details and proof I have everything.

I started using the Vision Scalper bot along with their account management services, paying an additional $30 per month. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disastrous. Due to their poor system and mismanagement, I lost my entire account balance of $5,400.

The main issues I faced were the lack of proper trade management. They failed to close trades when they were in a loss, and their system doesn't even have basic features like stop-loss (SL) settings or a news filter. This negligence led to the complete wipeout of my account.

I have all the evidence to back up my claims. My advice to anyone considering using Vision Scalper or their account management services: **stay away!** They are unreliable and will cheat you just like they did with me.

Vision Scalper's equity protection features area a lifesaver! As someone who wants to keep my money safe, the two protection modes are amazing. I feel much more confident trading in a volatile market knowing my investments are protected. The only downside is that I haven't found a way to customize the protection levels to my own preferences yet.

I love the consistent profits. I haven't explored the other features yet, but so far so good! But sometimes, the signals can feel a little too aggressive for my liking.

I used to trade manually but couldn't take the losses anymore. When I started using Vision Scalper, the customer service team helped me set it up and now I'm slowly making profits and feeling much less stressed! I just upgraded to the Lifetime License and it's still working great.

I've already earned over $100 within just one week of using it! It's very good for me!

I tried different settings and found one that works great. I'm looking forward to making some good gains!

Definitely spend some time getting to know the EA. Adjusting its settings to match your trading style is key.
