Reviewed a couple of systems and this one was the easiest to configure and worked well on android based devices.
The MS teams integration was a nice feature and the sales team kept in contact to assist with testing.

We have been using Visitus for visitor management, delivery announcements, and company car and key check-out at reception. We originally introduced it during COVID to minimize physical contact, and it proved to be an excellent solution.

Today, it continues to bring clear operational benefits. Deliveries are announced digitally without drivers entering office areas, visitors are automatically notified via SMS, and reception no longer needs to manually call or coordinate arrivals. The entire arrival process is faster, more organized, and fully digitalized.

Guests also appreciate the professional experience, as they feel expected and welcomed through automated system notifications. Visitus significantly improved efficiency at reception while enhancing the overall visitor experience.

So easy to set up, and trial all the different levels, Communication from the Visitus team was on point.

Great software! For years our organization has been using paper to sign the youth into our community outreach program, and it was so hard to keep track of everything. When I found VisitUs online, I started with the month-long free trial, and it made processing information very easy and efficient. Just finished the free trial on our account and have upgraded to the paid version. Definitely worth the cost and saves so much time.

The SMS feature alone for contacting and receiving "Safe" status updates, at their site price point, makes this product the best bang for the buck of any evacuation system out there.

We needed to upgrade from the "old visitor book" to a basic visitor sign in app. Nothing extreme, just something to give our lobby an updated look. This app fit that need perfectly. We didn't have to subscribe to an expensive plan upfront, but there is room to expand in the future if needed, which makes this app ideal.

The app is easy to use and manage. I can keep track of the employees' sign in and out daily. I can also pre-register for the visitor coming to the site.

Very nice and straight forward software. great instruction e.g. to set up the label printer. Support replied immediately and even followed up. The software itself focuses exactly on our needs without fancy analytics tools, that we don't need.

Honestly good software. Very affordable compared to similar offerings, but ultimately didn't have some of the bells and whistles management was looking for. Tying visitors to a unique ID while makes logical sense, especially when thinking about employee IDs and student IDs presents an awkward barrier for more informal visitors.

Definitely meets our requirements. Have forwarded a business case to our Executives to deliver this product across 15 sites and 350 staff.

Easy test up and the bundles they offer in the store enable businesses to implement easily.
