It's such an easy and intuitive system to use that I honestly have no complaints. As a content creator, I often receive a lot of messages and can't be jumping between all the different apps, so I'm truly happy to have found this platform.

As the social media manager for a big organisation, I chose Vista Social hoping it would make my life easier in connecting with our donors and supporters. The platform has some serious issues that are making my job difficult. I just want Vista Social to fix these four major issues right now.

What’s Going Wrong:
My Comments Keep Disappearing
I post comments through Vista Social, see the confirmation they’re live, and then—bam—they’re gone. It’s driving me up the wall trying to keep track of what I’ve said to our followers.
For a nonprofit like ours, every interaction with potential donors is crucial, and this glitch is killing my ability to stay connected.
I End Up Double-Posting by Mistake because my comments vanish.
I Can’t Block Problem Users in Vista directly.

How It’s Messing Up My Work

These issues are eating up my time and energy. Instead of firing off a quick 10-second reply, I’m stuck spending 7–17 minutes digging through thousands of comments. The way Vista handles comment threads is so confusing—it’s like trying to piece together a conversation with half the pieces missing. Plus, not being able to block users in the app means I’m constantly toggling between tools, which grinds my workflow to a halt.

What I Need from Vista Social
These aren’t minor glitches—they’re huge problems that make Vista Social a headache to use. I want Vista Social to fix the disappearing comments, stop the duplicate postings, keep my comment history accessible, and add a way to block users right in the app. These fixes are critical for me to keep engaging with our community without losing my sanity. I chose Vista Social for a reason—please make it work the way I hoped it would!

Disappointing because of our high expectations. Though support is quick to respond and Maria and Reggie are doing a real professional job, the facts remain: our comments on Vista Social disappear so we don't know whom we answered. The thread of answering is not intuitive. These are MAJOR DEFECTS in Social Vista and the answer we got didn't make us feel that it will be soon fixed.

The Vista Social app has become a moderation nightmare for engaging with potential donors and the public. Even after Vista Social confirms a comment has been posted, it often disappears shortly afterward.

This creates three serious problems:

Duplicate postings – Volunteers at the Original Bible Foundation resend the same comments, thinking the error was on our end, cluttering the post and potentially annoying potential donors.

Loss of context – When followers reply, we have no record of what we originally said, leaving us in the dark.

Wasted time – Instead of a 10-second quick reply, we’re forced to dig through up to 3,000 online comments, wasting 7–17 minutes per response.

I found that Vista Social is favourable in terms of functionality, value for money, scheduling and analytics. But it goes beyond the ability to schedule content for me as a Social Media Manager. Many SMM tools offer these basic functions. I found that seeing messages, comments and mentions in real time in your inbox for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn to be extremely helpful. Being able to automate responding to all messages using the DM Automations feature is quite effective and allows for faster responses to general and frequently asked questions. Listening feature which is generally a premium offering with other SMM platforms is super powerful and very affordable for a small business. The teams interactions on the platform allows for faster responses and solutions for client needs.

Vista Social has been a great help in improving our social media presence, using our resources more efficiently. In particular, I am most impressed with the content scheduling with relevant integrations for posting! The major selling point that drew me in was the affordable cost, in comparison to other competitors I've tried.

Vista Social is easy to navigate and convenient to use, you have all the tools you need in one place! It's an efficient way to manage your social media platforms, helps you plan your content, schedule and publish it. You can also track your content's performance and monitor mentions-truly a timesaver!

I really liked the look and feel of the platform, and the overall user experience. It was super easy to connect my accounts and start posting or scheduling content.

One thing I found especially helpful was the way the post insights are shown 😍Simple and clear. Generating reports was also very straightforward, which I loveeed 🤎

I also liked the messages dashboard. Having all chats from different platforms in one place is such a time-saver.

It’s honestly perfeeect!

What I liked most about Vista Social is its ability to give you a full overview of all the brands you're managing. This is especially valuable for those handling multiple brands at once. It helps you stay organized, plan effectively, and integrate your work smoothly.

I also really liked the in the full view calendar, it shows a summary with key reach metrics for each post just a few hours after publishing. It’s a great way to keep track, day by day, of what content is working and what’s not, instead of waiting for the end of the month.

Overall, the reporting tool felt very useful, robust, and user-friendly.

Its an all in one platform:
- can connect with multiple platforms
- Scheduling posts and can do bulk publishing
- Can generate a lot of reports and performance plus analysis
- Has a built in Calendar for organization and scheduling content
- Can respond to messages
- Can creat and has templates for pages/graphics

The infrastructure, the UI is simple and effective, very complete and clean. It integrates basically all the tools needed for my work as a social media manager. It makes it easy to implement my day to day work into one single platform. AND their customer support team is the best. i use it as a Marketing engine, per say. It is like a better, less complicated and more cheaper hubspot.

Vista Social is a great tool. We were looking for something like this. It has a clear UX and navigation, which shows how the post will look when published. This is one of many useful features they offer.

Vista Social is an easy to use scheduling tool, with all the bells and whistles!

The design and layout of the site is simple, with the options to click through the different tools on the left hand side of the page. What I liked most about Vista Social is the ability to combine all the different tools that a social media manager needs into one platform.

I typically use various different apps and platforms to write down notes, assign tasks to different team members, and look at my overall content calendar for the month. It is brilliant that Vista Social is able to combine all of these into one platform.

When first signing up to Vista Social and exploring the platform, each page offers you a walkthrough of all of the tools available to you, which is really handy, as well as a customer support section on the right bottom hand corner.

It was really easy to integrate each of my social profiles onto the site, and add whatever social channels I needed to, quickly and efficiently. I am definitely someone who likes to plan, so the notes, tasks and create space on the site makes it really easy to have everything in one place, and implement social strategies, as well as assigning different team members different tasks to be most productive.

Overall, Vista Social is a brilliant platform, and what I liked the most about it is the way it has integrated different platforms into one.

As a solo digital marketer managing SEO and social media for clients, VistaSocial is a game-changer. Its intuitive scheduling, robust analytics, and user-friendly interface keep me organized and on track. A few hours is all it takes to fully understand the platform. A powerful tool for maximizing client results without feeling overwhelmed.

I really enjoyed being able to create one post, edit it, schedule it, have feedback about it, and all in one place! The reports are the cherry on top for me. This site is so easy to use, a total newbie can become a master in no time!

The active listeners segment is awesome as it gives the option to filter the comments received by viewers whether that’d be negative, hate speech, profanity or anything else that may affect the creators mental health. That is an awesome feature!

The optimal time feature is also an absolute game changer as it takes the stress out of me having to post at different times to figure out when my audience is most active. This feature has it all figured out for you. This is by far my favourite feature!

The fact that I can post on multiple social media platforms at once really helps me to be more strategic in what I post and when I post, plus it frees me up of time. Now I have more freedom to do other important things such as create content, hang out with friends, spend more time in meetings planning my next big move!

This is definitely my favourite social media planner and I have used a few in my time of Social Media Management.

I found it helpful for my company. As five users, we are allowed to access the subscription, so it is easy for management users to keep track of our marketing work. Additionally, they allow us to access several social media platforms to meet our marketing needs. Its report gives us a better insight into our work approach.

Software stopped working but I was still charged for the full subscription. Really challenging to cancel.

Performance metrics will enable me to track content objectives and strategies in my marketing plan efficiently, and collaborating with other team members using content approval features allows for a collaborative workflow.

Vista Social lets me schedule my content smoothly through its calendar. You can change the auto-publishing easily.

Integration through social media is helpful as you can have all your accounts in one dashboard.

Reports are easy to understand and great to share internally or with trustworthy clients.
