Five stars! I’ve been using VisualSitemaps for site audits and structural checks on client sites. An extremely effective tool supported by an equally amazing team.

This tool is so powerful, it's difficult to describe. I'm looking to move quickly through requirements phase of a project and building a site map is a key deliverable in that step. Even with it's super slick and intuitive design, I wanted reassurance on how the credits worked and what was the best practice to be efficient with the credits. So I reached out to the help chat and got a REAL person almost immediately. He was able to answer my questions, validate my approach to efficiency, and helped me select the best plan per my use case. If there were 6 stars available, I'd give it to 'em!

VisualSitemaps is great and the customer support is even better! The products saved me a ton of time auditing and reviewing a few websites that we need to update. The conversations/tasks feature on the webpage screenshots also replace another paid service we used to use.
I've also completely replaced using Confluence's Whiteboards with VisualSitemaps Flows. They are AMAZING to use, very fluid, and more versatile (and you get unlimited Flows!)
Overall, VisualSitemaps has saved us a lot of time and money, I highly recommend, even if you already have a website scraper/crawler/auditor, this one is another fantastic tool to have on your belt.

Ive used literally dozens of tools claiming to build sitemaps. This is the best and the most useful because of the visual nature and the ability to page through the site.

One, it is a great tool being able to visualise pages from your own website and from competitors, and to be able to manipulate them to plan new site layouts.
And, two, the support is fantastic

This company is using Mails from hacked databases to send out spammails
I'm highly annoyed by this continuous unsolicited spam mails and already got 2 of your domains banned by the gmail abuse team. I'm waiting for your next spam mail in my inbox so I can immediately get you flagged again on your new domain.

1. Judging from your practices I highly doubt that those are more than empty claims.
Otherwise you wouldn't spam hundreds of thousands of people with your unsolicited mails.

2. As I do not know who your company i definitely could not agree to receive any messages from you.
We never had any contact before. This is 100% illegal.
In addition you didn't just send me one mail, but an endless number of automated follow-up spam-emails, trying to bait an answer.

3. Another lie. The sitemap you sent to me literally contains just several 404-errors(page not found), as our server blocked your automated crawler attempts.

4. You do not. You sent me an endless amount of unsolicited E-Mails that I obviously did not respond to.
But you just kept sending more, trying to bait an answer or unsubscribe-click so you know whether or not the email is actually active, to, judging from your practices, include my email in several of your other unsolicited Spam-Mail-Campaigns for various products... we all know how this works.

I've been using the software for over a year now and it's a great piece of kit that allows you to literally map out any websites web pages and then allows you to add your own rearranged pages or new pages. I'm fully satisfied with this product and I appreciate the regular updates to the app and the consistency from the support desk. It comes highly recommended from me.

Great site mapping software, the results are incredibly easy to digest. I work for a small University managing their web content and this product was exactly what I was looking for to map out different parts of the very expansive site. Used one time on free trial along with many other programs while trying to find the correct solution. This program was mistakenly left open and charged for 3 months under the name "Site Map Mini". Very difficult to find and customer service has made a clear stance of "no refunds" whether you have ever used their service or not. I believe that warrants a 2 star on trust pilot.

Their site mapping toolset is so impressive. And many features are free. I use this for existing sites to share what pages the client has and determine which should stay or go. But today, my designer asked if we could use it for a new site that doesn't exist - no pages to pull in - and the company pointed us to their Flow tools - yes, you can do this in other tools, but this means 1 place to do both!

Excellent company with great software. Support is fast, friendly and efficient.
