It's been about 2 months still have not received my order and when I asked for a refund your company offered me a partial refund and said that they'll keep the product that I paid for. That to me is utterly ridiculous and very bad customer service. 1st you take way longer then what you said it would take to send my product then when I sent you emails inquiring about why it's taking so long you offer no consolation for my being inconvenienced then 2nd you want to keep part of my money after not doing your job by sending me my product. I want a full refund and my name is Michael Cowart
