I had some issues with tariffs and they were able to resolve it in a timely manner.

Needed to have some information changed in my profile due to an ID theft issue-- wasn't able to make the changes myself online, but Customer Support was very responsive to my email and corrected the issue for me. I am a returning Vitaly customer and am very happy with their products, support and shipping.

Unreal. Never in my life have I supported a jewelery brand as hard as I do Vitaly. their stuff isnt cheap but neither is the quality. top tier excellent pieces that I will continue to buy because its just so GOOD.

Also, customer support is also goated, they got back to me in less than 30 seconds and honestly that shocked me. for sure gonna vuy more in the future.

Price dropped by over 54euro just 2 days after my first purchase(total order was 180euro . I sent a polite email asking for a price adjustment and was completely ignored. A disappointing first impression means I won't be a returning customer.

I also love their sustainability and that they don’t gender their jewelry. Just ordered a piece and was accidentally charged for shipping when it should have been free. I've bought a couple pieces form this brand over the years and let me just say- they are my favorite. Whenever I've had to contact customer service they reply super fast and are very efficient and thorough. The product quality is amazing and I always get so many compliments on my pieces. La garantía es una tomadura de pelo.
Un artículo usado una vez presenta una parte doblada que resulta incómodo para el uso,debido a un defecto de fabricación o mala calidad,porque no es normal este tipo de inconvenientes en las piezas,pues me dicen que no lo cubre la garantía,ni siquiera me ofrecen posibilidad de reparación y menos sustitución o un reembolso.
Muy decepcionado porque no existe tal garantía, inesperada valoración,no voy a comprar más nada después de años haciendo pedidos,no quiero invertir en piezas que tenga que tirar a la basura,para una vez que he reclamado,un 1%.
Si tienes un problema con alguna pieza es posible que no respondan y dinero tirado,mejor invertir en otras marcas que al menos ofrezcan posibilidad de reparación de la pieza.
Así mismo las piezas en color dorado se rayan increíblemente por sólo un uso,creo que está perdiendo calidad.

My daughter found this fabulous website and I purchased a necklace and ear cuff for her leaving school gift
Blown away by the speed at which they reached us in the UK (from Canada) unfortunately the ear cuff was uncomfortable and so had to return. The process couldn’t have been easier
