It takes weeks to months to get a routine down. Thus it takes months to get the ordering cycle correct. But even then you have to adjust ever now and then.
Love the products from Vitaman. At 70 years old, these skin and hair products are what I could not find anywhere else. And the attention to detail from all the people is a comfort. Even in this digital age I feel that one email or phone call will solve any problems!

Best bang for your buck
Been using various Vitaman products for a few years now. Customer service is always top-notch. I’ve tried other less expensive brands to save money, but always find myself coming back. I don’t think the quality can be beat for the price.

I took advantage of the holiday sale and was able to receive nice full size products that came as a freebie with the $99 purchase I made. I purchased stuff that I know my husband already uses as a surprise. These are really good products that smell amaaaazing!!

No Complaints!
I’ve ordered several products online from several companies during Black Friday/Cyber Monday this year, and Vitaman was the only one to deliver my purchase promptly.
The packaging for the products I ordered was above and beyond typical product packaging. I have no doubt that Vitaman’s skincare products will be exceptional.
If I had any criticism as to how my experience ordering from Vitman could have been enhanced, since the company is based in Australia, it would have been neat to receive the packages at my door by being hand-delivered by a kangaroo. (I’ve never been to Australia, but I imagine that’s how Aussies get all of their mail delivered.)

Poor Support
This isn’t a rating against the actual product because I never received it. It is a rating based on support. Product was delivered to the wrong address (postal service issue) and can’t retrieve it. Technically not their concern, but still would like to understand my options. Got a slew of emails when I purchased the product, but trying to get ahold of a real person after the delivery issue has been useless. Calling the phone number on the website provides nothing more than a message that no one is available. Trying the chat, resulted in a generated message, with no follow-up. Emails to them are never returned. This is a rating based on their response to an issue of not receiving their product.
Note: I did receive second shipment as they promised. Vitaman didn’t have to do that. Their policy states they aren’t responsible for it being delivered to the wrong address. I appreciate the extra customer service attention. Thank you Vitaman.
