Thank God I looked at these reviews before buying from this sham company 👍 I do it every time I’m thinking of buying off any online retailer now !!!

These people are con artists! Someone used my bank card to purchase off them anx when I found out cancelled the order before delivery. They then said they tried to deliver the item and that I needed to contact their distribution centre. The distribution centre lol x me how to get my money back which I followed to the letter and then the head office told me that it hadn't been taken back there and would be destroyed. Then they offered me vouchers to buy off a site I never bought from in the first place instead of my money. They are a bunch of liars and people should avoid them at all costs.

The trainers are counterfeit do not purchase anything trying to return get no response report to fraud squad

UK BUYERS BEWARE: I ordered size 5 trainers, but was sent size 4.5. When I asked to return them for the correct size, I was told I had to pay a return fee plus import duty, which was over £40, to send them back to the USA. Sending the wrong size was their mistake, yet I was left facing the cost of putting it right. An utterly disappointing experience from a brand with “London” in its name.

Had I understood the cost and complexity of returning these trainers, I would never have ordered. The product, customer service and returns experience have been extremely disappointing. If I could give minus stars, I would.

I’m now left with trainers I cannot wear and no acceptable resolution. They offered me a 60% discount code, but that would mean spending more money with them to get the size I originally ordered, with no confidence that they would send the correct size this time or offer a workable return if they didn’t.

Despite having “London” in their name, they are not based in London, the UK or even Europe, and the returns process offered to me was neither practical nor affordable. Based on my experience, I would not buy from this company again and strongly advise other UK customers to think carefully before ordering.

Whatever the company says in response to this review, this was my actual experience: they sent me the wrong size and expected me to pay over £40 to return it. Without a meaningful resolution, any reassuring words they posted here are empty. They have not put right what happened.

I believe this company’s practices should be reported to Trading Standards for investigation. If I could give minus stars I would.

Really poor quality, slow delivery of cheap goods from China. Avoid!

If I could put less than 1 star I would. Delivered very late. Then when it arrived it was not the right coat at all. Cheap rubbish, no hood and no fur as I purchased.i wanted to send it back for a refund but I was expected to pay the cost of £35 and it was to an address my local post office said they didn’t even trust. So then the “company” offered 25% refund and I can keep the crap coat. You have no choice but to accept this as shipping is far too much to pay. This “company” is discusting, the quality of the clothes is worse. I would never buy from them again and would advise anyone else to stay away also. They are not the quality of coats they advertise at all and the price you pay does definitely match the quality. And if you do manage to like the coat but it’s the wrong size you will be paying extortionate prices to exchange.

I ordered a graduation dress and they took payment twice. Two weeks later, they told me they didn’t actually have the dress. I still haven’t received my money back and am now having to chase it through my bank.

Really disappointed with this company. Avoid!

SCAM COMPANY WITH CHINESE RUBBISH QUALITY.

Horrendous fake goods.
Do not buy from this scam company, based in China (not London!).
Tried to return goods as not prepared to accept partial refund (25%) for fake goods. Parcel sat at customs for months, since February 2026, and was then finally returned to me by Parcelforce after opening a missing parcel case.Return date: 31st July.
Staff do not care a jot.
I have no choice now but to accept 25% refund, which will cover most of my Parcelforce costs of over £20.
The nasty company wins and I lose out on original payment of £80.00.
Do not put yourself through the upset!

The company is a scam. They clothes they send you is nowhere near the posted pictures, the quality is the lowest you can imagine. Made of the cheapest polyester possible. Returns are not possible. They state on the website that they accept returns, but, in reality, they never respond to your e-mail request to return. The item I got wasn't even cheap, and it goes to the dumpster. People, please avoid this company.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered the gold heels but received silver instead. The quality is extremely poor and looks nothing like the photos shown on the website. I've requested a return, but there are no clear return instructions or support. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I wish I had checked Truspilot before purchasing two items of footwear from this company.

I found a pair of boots and sandals that I liked while browsing the web for such items.

Looking at the website it seemed the company was based in London - UK address, name suggest London based.

I received a confirmation email and tracker information shortly after placing order.

I was surprised to see from this email shipping was from China and the company appeared to be based in China.

After 2 weeks and the tracking information showing order had not been dispatched from China I ended up sending a threatening email as I wanted to wear sandals straightaway and thought I would get them (and the boots) as advertised, in 2-5 days.

My order took about a month to get to me.

I kept getting 'order being processed' 'order on way' responses to my emails chasing up order.

I suspect the company makes items to order although this is not advertised on their website; hence delay in dispatching order.

I had to chase it up several times.

I received order on Friday (10/07/26)

I was so disappointed, as mentioned in other reviews, that items are of inferior quality to that advertised, pictured on the company’s website and are definitely NOT leather as advertised.

I thought about returning for refund but having read the Reviews on this and other consumer websites decided it wasn’t worth it.

Thank goodness for websites like Truspilot.

As stated at top of this review I wished, and will do in future, I had checked out company before placing order.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Dire! Very poor quality product, from China. The “CEO” is a Latvian who doesn’t even reside in the UK. The contact telephone number only connects to a voice that tells you it is no longer in use. They don’t bother to answer their emails. Promises of wonderful customer service, infact all of the claims they make are lies!
DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!
If you have received any goods from them already you can forget any thoughts of getting your money back.

Avoid at all costs, needed to return some shoes, no emails answered phones unanswered DO NOT USE!!!!

I have ordered a pair of shoes from this company. It doesn’t match the picture on the website, it is poor quality and took over two weeks to deliver. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

UPDATE: item came, ordered 2x size 3XL mens coat, doesn't even fit a UK size 10 woman. Terrible sizing.

Please don’t waste your time. I unfortunately didn’t reed the reviews prior to ordering a dress. Lesson learnt !!!
A little late but never again, be careful anyone considering buying from vivano THUGS

Ordered a shirt November 2025 which arrived promptly but not with the pattern advertised. Contact Telephone numbers and addresses not used. Email uses chatbot which disagreed with my photo graphic evidence. Had to pay £24 to return tracked and signed to China to the address í was gíven. Received the package back today 7 months later?

Sent the wrong size boots after a 2 week wait have tried to get them replaced no chance you have to jump through hoops rubbish

Crap qualify boots that were touted as "AUTHAPEDIC" and expensive 2! They fell apart after 10 uses! 😱🤬 I am totally LIVID!!!
