App is not user friendly. Easy to deposit but when you need to withdraw you need to send them a bank statement ! Which is a lot of hassle and unlike other bookies. Never got credited the welcome bonus. Customer service made excuses about it not taking my original email address (which was updated upon registration). I wanted to give an Irish bookie a try but will be closing account.

I am a customer of this company. At first, I fully verified my account. Some time after my balance increased, I was told to send them my Skrill e-wallet transaction history for the past 3 months. I sent it to them right away. Then they sent me a letter saying that I had to send them confirmation of where the funds that I deposited into my Vivatbet account came from, and I sent them a more detailed statement from my e-wallet showing the winnings from other bookmakers before I made my deposit into my account with their company. These winnings fully cover the amount of my deposit with their company and completely confirm the origin of the funds I deposited into my account. I also sent them my bank statement (which they also requested), and it has been about a week since I last sent them an email, and no one has responded. This means that I have been unable to get my money for over a month, even though I have provided complete and accurate information.

I still can't withdraw my money. The responses I get from them (and they don't reply to all messages) are:

They do not respond to my request to indicate the time frame for their review, although they should indicate the time frame and the reason for such a lengthy review.

yeah they are a scam and the good reviews here are bots , there is no welcome bonus , i signed up put in 10 meant to get 40 thats ther main advertisment , Ian the live chat agent says because you didnt verify email and phone number we cant add it , a system error of theres they never emailed me as they cant send emails to icloud addresses , this is dodgy behaviour there not legitimate , better i knew now instead of 500 euro deep in deposits tho ! stay away

Spent a fortune won nothing, stay clear of this site

Complete scam. Signed up to a welcome offer, placed qualifying bet. Then got prompted to verify. Verified account. Bonus never got added. Then proceeded to tell me i had to wait 4 days as “marketing” team doesn’t work weekends. Support have no ability to do anything. Raised issue on a Friday. Sunday now bonus still not added. Refused to do anything. “Reached out” to relevant team despite them not working. Refused me adr information and manager request. Complete scam. All 5 star reviews are fake. 4 days later no email. Support are limited. Background teams non existent. They are complete phonies. Don’t sign up.

Everything below is false. They took days to resolve even a minor issue. 4 days to reopen the account. Incredibly slow processes. Added the wrong bonus, and then refused to compensate for all the issues. Customer support is really bad. Only 1-2 competent agents on entire site.

Won 22 euros on a slot. They scammed and did not credit on my account. "As a goodwill gesture we give you 50 free spins" worth penneys. A big joke

This is a scam. Once you win they keep trying to verify your bank account over and over. Do not use. It is a scam . Your reply is seen. I have verified my bank details 5 times. Each time I win ye restrict withdrawals saying I need to verify my bank account again and again. Ye are a scam

Signed up and looked forward 2 placing few bets but they restricted me to betting to different amounts ranging from 1e to 13e,what the actual duck like,i contacted them and there responce was ouh we reserve the right to do this basically,absolute joke,and could only place 1 bet on a match couldnt have different bets on the one fixture.why like? Absolute disgrace of a company waiting days for a withdrawal, due to “maintenance “ which is absolute lies and it’s still not paid out or in my account anymore. Will do everything in their power to avoid giving out free bets for their offers.

Will say they will send an email to you with an update to get you off support. 3 times they said the same, no emails received.
Eventually will reject the claim if they can't keep ignoring you.

Poor horse racing markets

There is not such a scammers and cheaters in entire world like vivatbetireland. I pass verification, all fine but when I wanted to windraw it was sait that I must to provide some documents,even didn't sent an email. I wrote to them to clarify. Every message 1 document and then another and another and it's steel outgoing. Imagine I sent all the bank, card personal photo. Schrean shots of email but not happy. They disrespect people. They ask to make a photo from my device to see their email together with id and the same time with my face which is impossible for camera to turn in both directions at the same time. They are just laughing. Stay away no one will get 1 cent on this site.ost annoying and cheating site ever existed

I won modest money and was able to withdraw without issue once my account was verified. However, when I won a few thousand my withdrawal stopped working. I was required to email a bank statement to prove ownership of account I was withdrawing to. Nearly 48 hours, still can't withdraw. Customer support keep telling me staff are busy and I need to be patient.
Edit: They finally did verify my account and allow me to withdraw. Took about 3 days. Appears they are genuine after all.
