Vibrant splash back
Vivid splash blacks have been great from the start. We exchanged a few emails, where I asked a few questions. Which were always answered promptly.
Once I placed my order I got an image to review and timescale for delivery. I also got a heads up nearer the delivery time. My splashback was well wrapped for delivery.
It looks amazing in my kitchen and is a real talking point. The image is so clear and the colours vibrant. Thank you.

Excellent Service
We were wanting to replace the plain glass splash back in our residential lodge and found Vivid Glass on line. Having selected our design we placed our order. We had an immediate response from the company and a further e mail with details of the shipping company and an estimate of 2 to 3 week delivery. The splash back arrived within about 10 days. We are delighted with the quality of the splash back service from Andy and the team. I allowed a gap of 5mm at each side of the splash back to allow clearance between a cupboard and that is exactly what I have. So if you are ordering and want exact measurements that is exactly what you get. I would highly recommend Vivid Splash backs.

First Class Service and Product
Having renovated our kitchen we wanted something different to the usual plain splashbacks available and came across Vivid online. We just hoped the design we chose would be as good as it looked from the picture but it's actually exceeded our expectations and is stunning, we are delighted with the result. Andy at Vivid is so accommodating and helpful, especially as ours was quite a unique size, the design isn't just 'squashed' into the right size it looks completely right.
Also, the delivery company used was excellent, with regular updates given for delivery times.
It's rare to get such personal fantastic customer service these days!
