Vivi Electric Bike Reviews 

I continue to be impressed by the Vivi Bike Company. I bought the bike a year ago and it has been a joy to ride. I hammer it hard and it keeps on coming back for more.

Now, I've had two interactions with the Service Department and I am blown away by their excellent responsive to my requests for support. I recently discovered two broken spokes on my rear wheel and the shop where I get my bike fixed did not have that spoke. I contacted Vivi contacted for replacements and received the replacement spokes quickly. And the cost for the replacement spokes was really reasonable. I had a similar experience last fall when I needed to replace my lost battery keys.

These guys are really good. Buy a bike from these guys.

When you put someone on the Chat section, It would be a good idea that she doesn't fall asleep when people are trying to ask her questions. Pretty Sad...

Company services and communication with buyer is so good, but delivery communication at the end is not good. So it should improve and will be better for the company.

I had to pay for what should be a warranty Item. I got my M026TGB bike Sept 6 2023 , by January 2023 my headlight went out, and the replacement would not turn off so Vivi Told me I needed a new Brushless motor controller and to purchase it on the website period, on a bike 6 months old.

Warranty issue and company will not reply. Sent two emails to the address in the manual but nothing but silence in return.

The battery would not charge. You would not send another. Had to purchase another. $60.00. The battery wears out within 2 hours. And it loses power after it is charged just sitting in the garage. So I have to keep it charging all the time. The headlight has never worked. I regret purchasing from you.

The company was prompt about keeping you up to date on your order .I got the order pretty fast . I only have one complaint , it would be that the video for installation could be a little better. But over all the experience with this purchase was great and the item is packaged well.

Coupon code that helped with the total price, quick shipping no issues. Bike came with no issues.

Shipping is bad—10-12 days to get bike, FedEx terrible service changed delivery dates three times, bike seat came damaged , boxes torn as well, customer never signed for bike, FedEx driver signed left bikes outside front door, so anyone could have loaded them and taken them !

The wrong battery was sent. The company will refund me but I can’t send it back as it has a charge in it. I’m not sure what to do next. I hope they let me through the battery away and send me the correct one.

Why did my item take a month from the day I ordered it for it to arrive at my house? Also, the item pictured isn't what I received. All I got was 2 bearings. The item pictured was the 2 bearings, plus the rest of the items in the neck of the bike.

I've had only a few experiences with VV bikes What I will say is that although shipping takes a while. It's worth it. My husband absolutely loves his bike and without it for a few weeks because of the battery dying. He was quite unhappy seeing the battery arrive and him jumping directly on the bike immediately after it was charged. Was a god sent thank you

The purchase was ok, the shipment was fast. Unfortunately the support chat was not active and we got our invoice only the next day after we asked it. The packaging was very good and we are enjoying our bikes already.

This has been an awesome bike for my 12 year old.
Not to mention I have to take it out when he isn't riding.
Really is a great bike! I did a lot of searching and what I found was a gem.
From the great pricing to ordering and receiving the bike couldn't have been easier.
I had a local bike shop friend put it together for me. Little over an hour he was texting me pics and it was ready to go. No issues assembling my guy said and he also said the bike seemed like really good quality and the pricing I paid was really good also.
Two thumbs on on the entire experience.

Don't provide Replacement option for defective bike.
