Returned my package over a month ago still no refund and have emailed and called 15 times each and nobody will contact me. The necklace I ordered also came knotted and looks like a 13 year old made it

Would give ZERO stars if I could. No response to several emails and phone messages chasing order that has not arrived.
Love the brand, but I will never buy from this on-line store again.

If there was a zero star I would have picked that option
I have emailed customer services 3 times and made an official complaint but still have not had a reply
I bought the necklace which has broken and I want a repair. I do not live locally to any stores so this was my only option.
Zero response. I would not order from them again, extremely poor after sales service

I only gave one star as I was unable to give zero!! I contacted them after the earrings my daughter had for ONE YEAR and had worn only a handful of times, just fell apart one day. Firstly, and for many emails over almost two months, they just kept trying to fob me off with “the guarantee is only for a year” - considering none of their jewellery is what I would call affordable, falling apart after a year is not acceptable. I finally managed to be passed on to the operations manager whose attitude was equally as dismissive (and quite frankly, rude) he wasn’t interested, and ended up just ignoring my emails. Then, I managed to find the email address of the CEO - who totally ignored my emails too!!! This company has no idea whatsoever about customer service and obviously couldn’t care less about their satisfaction, as long as they are taking their money. Vivienne would be disgusted to have her name associated with staff who claim to be representing her talent.

Does this company/website exist? No answer, not possible to order but the amount is reserved on the credit card. Don't buy anything from this "company"

The ring arrived in Ukraine in about 6 days. DHL handled the transportation. Good service, excellent quality👍

Vivienne Westwood informed us by mail that Theydo Will send us a refund. Three wikkes ago we informed them our bank account nummer. We stil didn’t receive the refund. And now They don’t respond our e-mails. Hoe long do we have to wait.

Despite what they said before you order, NO return information and forms are provided with the order. No operators on the helpline, and calls never returned. Emails not responded to.
Enlisted the help of a consumer watchdog with no success with getting help with a refund due to sizing issue.
Even resorted to reaching out via their social media (which is very active), but I've been ignored like many other customers experiencing the same situation.
AVOID VIVIENNE WESTWOOD LIKE THE PLAGUE. There is something very insidious happening with so many consumer rights violations. They ought to be investigated.

NO stars! My son bought me a bracelet for my birthday/Christmas present, when I opened it there was a knot in the chain and it's too tight. There was supposed to be a Returns Form and label in the package but there was neither. I have sent numerous emails and phoned so many numbers, either no reply or I leave msgs and do not get a reply. I am now left with a bracelet that I can't wear and can't return. Horrendous service and totally unacceptable from such a well known company.

ich bin total begeistert, wie toll unser geschäft abgelaufen ist !! ich hab die tasche am sonntag, 17.12.23 bestellt (im italy shop) und hab sie grad vorhin erhalten (20.12.23). die tasche ist wunderschön und ich bin überglücklich. danke an das team, das so schnell gearbeitet hat !! :) :) :)

I ordered a top and had notification that it had been delivered. Was told it was handed to me. This was impossible as I was at work. No photo proof from dpd delivery company. I have emailed over 25 times and I have called over 20 times. Nobody picks up. Just goes to answer phone. It was an expensive top. Shocking customer services.

Première commande, livrée par DHL, jamais reçue, plusieurs mails envoyés au service client Vivienne Westwood, aucune réponse, pas de service clients pour cette marque, à éviter pour ne pas être déçu.

ho acquistato una collana sul sito Vivenne Westwood EU. poco dopo, non conoscendo il marchio, ho avuto il pallino di andare a controllare delle recensioni. Sono rimasto allibito dalla quantità di recensioni negative con esperienze disastrose, ma analizzando i profili di chi le ha messe, qualcosa non tornava! dopo tutto informandosi sull’azienda proprio grazie alle vendite online ha avuto una crescita esponenziale nel periodo covid, inoltre si parla di un marchio importante…prmai avevo effettuato l’ordine e il giorno seguente mi compariva già in spedizione (altri hanno parlato di merce mai spedita, account eliminati e ordini non rimborsati, posso tranquillamente affermare che sono tutte baggianate, il sito registra perfettamente l’account e lo stato dell’ordine resta sempre visibile (cosi come si trovano le FAQ sul diritto di recesso e richiesta di rimborso. Con il dubbio installato nel cervello ormai mi affido, e resto a monitorare…dopo appena due giorni mi mandano il codice di tracking con DHL (il codice inoltre, evento raro, risulta già tracciabile un istante dopo che ho ricevuto la mail). nel giro di un altro giorno, la consegna risulta partire da Torino verso la destinazione, il giorno seguente mi dicono che verrà consegnata il 15, la consegna peró slitta al 18 a causa di DHl (capita, con loro sempre ma capita) oggi arriva il pacco perfettamente integro, non il top del packaging, ma sprizza qualità da ogni parte, collana perfetta, robusta, preziosa, di qualità altissima!

insomma ho avuto modo di constatare che l’azienda ha subito un ingiustificato Review bombing senza alcuna prova, ed é imbarazzante vedere che sono anni che Trust Pilot non verifica e permette uno scempio simile. inoltre non é neanche la prima volta che su questo sito (in teoria icona della valutazione delle aziende) trovi recensioni super positive per prodotti e aziende a dir poco imbarazzanti di quanto siano pessime, e recensioni pessime per aziende incredibilmente valide!

diffidate totalmente dalle recensioni su vivienne westwood su questo sito! comprate con tutta tranquillità perché é un azienda serissima e super sicura!!

Une étoile c est même trop , dommage que l'on ne puisse pas mettre un zéro.
Quelle déception ! 2 articles commandés et au bout d'1 mois sans nous prévenir nos commandes ont ete annulées.
Le service client est impossible à joindre , les mails sans réponse. Franchement je n ai jamais vu ça. Pour le prix ça serai bien de mettre un service min .

Terrible customer service they never get back to you via email/phone nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I would never buy directly from them ever again. I’m owed a refund and they have not responded to a single message in coming up to a month.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered a necklace ,I clearly stated my correct address including apartment number but they decided to not include the apartment number so when it was supposedly delivered it wasn’t even delivered to me. It said they gave it to a neighbour although it clearly states on their site they need a signature and I did not accept for it to be given to a neighbour. I’ve emailed them around 5 times and talked to the delivery company, Vivienne Westwood have simply decided to not respond. Appalling customer service. Lost my money and haven’t gotten my item.

Please can I get a reply from your customer service. Have returned some earrings 2 months ago. No refund. No answer to 4 emails and several answering machine messages. Terrible customer service!

Appalling customer service! If I could give them NO stars I would do!
My daughter had a pearl choker bought by my elderly grandma for Christmas last year, the orb lost several diamonds so arranged a return. Returned the £150 choker and they have received, within 2 days, I had to pay £10 to return it and 6 weeks down the line we are now without the choker and still NO refund. They have messed me around no end with promises of refunds in 10days, what an absolute joke! Even wanted full card details that speaks volumes at what sort of company this is! I've sent dozens of emails and the last on Sunday and they cannot be bothered to respond! If I hadn't chased this they would not have even contacted me for "updated" info apparently needed. For the alleged refund!!

Well you have messed with the wrong person, as I will be contacting trading standards and I will get my grandmas money back. Absolute scum of the earth! Clearly fraudulent and I will not let this lie! Disgusting!!!

Dommage qu'il ne soit pas possible de noter O étoile! Achat d'un collier hors de prix aux vues de la piètre qualité du produit reçu. A peine porté 2 ou 3 fois que la perle principale s'est désolidarisée du reste du collier. Impossible de contacter le service client (ne répond pas au téléphone, ni aux mails). Résultat : déception, colère et agacement! Potentiels futurs pigeons, passez vite votre chemin!
