Waiting to use. Just received in mail!

The entire process from ordering, taking the online hearing test, receiving product in a timely manner, Once smoothly. The hearing aids were usable right out of the box. Instructions were clear.

Great price and packaging

I just received the Vivtone Superminis. They are charging now but I tried them on and they fit wonderfully in my ears! After a 2 hour charge, I could finally hear the TV and my husband. I highly recommend the Superminis for women with small ears, like me. Can't wait to use them tomorrow after an overnight charge! Received them in just days from placing the order. Vivtone kept me posted on the tracking details daily. I highly recommend Vivtone for excellent hearing aids!

Have bought the X-pure model on sale. The list price of 2349$ is a scam to make the 549$ reasonable.
I liked the well designed small portable box & the small HAs. It charged quick. However, after reading the manual did the setup by the book. Had a male friend come by & didn't hear a word. Speaking to the female manager in our bldg, same thing. Tried the BT call, the sound of voice of the caller was too faint to be discernible. The worst was BT music streaming, not a sound came through.
The CS is pretty bad too, When I called no one would ever pick up! Emailed w/ Cindy w/ a 24 h delay.
After a week returned them & had to pay shipping. It took 3 weeks to get the money back. The company is in Hong Kong. Over all pretty bad experience.

I’m amazed at how easy it was to download the app and sync it to my iPhone with Bluetooth. I have age related hearing loss and the Vivtone xpure is helping me hear things better than I have in a long time.

Just received my hearing aids & I like them so far.

The XPURE exceeded my expectations for a OTC hearing aid. The quality and fit are excellent. But what led me to a 5-STAR rating is the customer service. I can say, I had a problem with my order of my own doing, and the Vivtone staff took care of me. Thanks

Bought VIVTONE low end aids.
I didn’t like them and asked for a refund and a return authorization.
Cindy of VIVTONE. Asked to just replace them (for free) with XPURE model aids.
Received them yesterday.
THEY ARE AWESOME!!!
No “tinniness”, fit comfortably and the extra features are wonderful!!!
I am already hearing much better; I am listening to Spotify through them and even phone calls!!!
If you need hearing aids: BUY THESE!!!

Although I think the mini’s were of good quality, they just weren’t powerful enough for my level of deafness. I have upgraded to the top of the line and am waiting their arrival. Again, fingers crossed.

Vivtone is good quality and full range audio.

I had a small issue with one of the hearing aid. Contracted customer service and with the help of Cindy I was able to resolve it, thank you.

I live in Utah and started using the Supermini daily to watch TV with my spouse. Before, I kept asking to raise the volume, which bothered everyone. Now the TV can stay at a normal level and I can still follow what’s being said. The device is small and discreet, and it has slipped into my daily routine without much fuss. After about two months, it’s still working reliably. For seniors who want simple and hidden, this is a strong option.

I am very pleased with the quality of these hearing aids. I can hear better with these than with other brands I have tried. I would recommend them to anyone who needs affordable hearing aids

Not really free returns, would not recommend

Requested return for a pair of Vivtone hearing aids prior to the 45 day trail period. Rec'd RMA and paid $9.89 for return shipping costs . Returns department waited 7 days to respond to my request for credit after they received my package. They sent me a letter stating they would have to bill me $10.00 for cleaning. I used these 1x for 2 hours and knew they were not going to work. I gently placed them in the original box with accessories that were never opened. Order # 9919475. This is a con, the letter looked like canned statement. I resell computers and I never invoice for cleaning the returns.. this company is a con and would I never recommend.
