Wanted to try the website to see If it was worth subscribing. Seeing that I have to subscribe straight away, I saw that there was an option for 30 something dollars a week and went for them, but realised that the price was for a week but they charged me for a year: 199 $. I didn't want to spend that amount of money so I got stressed, and then seeing the comments, I was sure that I would never get any kind of refund. I wrote to them being honest, they answered straight away and in a few days, I had the full amount back, even If I had already did a few trials. I don't doubt that there have been people with bad experiences, but for me, I got happy and surprised for their quick response and full refund.

I only tried a free trial and never created any account or subscription, yet I was charged twice in one week (9 USD each).

When I contacted support, they falsely claimed that I have an active subscription and account, which is simply not true. They even sent me instructions to cancel it through an app store – despite the fact that I have never downloaded or purchased anything through any app store.

They also refused to issue a refund, claiming they are an “overseas developer” and cannot process refunds directly, which makes no sense – they clearly have no problem charging my card internationally.

This is extremely misleading and dishonest behavior.

I had to contact my bank, request a chargeback, and block my card to stop further unauthorized payments.

Avoid this service completely!

OK you invest $ 199,- in a "unrestricted" image to video generator that doesn't work.....I have tried several times and only the first process is visible as being processed....and that is still ongoing after over 45 minutes now. Is is a manual service that someone in Hong Kong is actualy changing the picture in a video? Regardless this sucks! I also tried pictures and almost the same result the only thing that works is changing the background but any idiot can do that with free tools. I want my money back!

Usually you can test the service little bit but nothing happens, you upload a photo, you write how you want to change the photo, nothing, no clear button to click, only option is to pay, before you even know how it works.

Do not use!!! Terrible, expensive, overpriced more like rip-off, bad quality, misleading, this is the very worst.

Viyou ai app is cheating everyone. I paid 36,500 rupees for One year subscription, but today app is not working, send me amount back otherwise iam going to leagal action , pl don't pay money to this cheating app.

this is nothing but a scam and a joke.

first of all - false advertising; no they don’t have nano banana pro.

second - worst customer support ever, they won’t respond to your mails, let alone the mail on here (trustpilot) is the only one that will work. but that guy who’s responsible of that mail will just send it over to the other wrongly configured mail addresses, and he’ll tell you to be patient and leave you there.

third - the only way to unsubscribe is to turn off auto payments via paypal. to whoever finding out this scam next, i hope you’ve been using paypal, or that you find a way to unsubscribe.
