One of the finest pedicures I have got in the longest time.

I got full body Lazer package. I must say wonderful results.
I was told as i have hard hair I will get result better then the people with softer hair.
Pooja is amazing. She explain everything during Lazer session.

Zahra is the best massage therapist, i highly recommend her for good result . She is very helpful and she always approach you with smile.

VLCC is very good until you want to take a package from them, till then they will call you a 100 times, once you have paid for it, then you have to find your way, they dont really care for what they committed to you. During the service period not a single of their staff will enquire how you are doing. Neither do they care about your progress, thankfully my therapist was good at her job so I had some results, based on the therapy and my efforts. Customer care is horrible.

I had a very very frustrating experience with customer service with call centre and marine drive branch Mumbai
They never ever answer the calls nor do they do have any appointments slots
The customer support staff was very very rude
No call backs either from call centre or marine drive branch Mumbai

Pathetic service. Ill treatment by staff.. customers not respected. Fooled with schemes. Careless arrangement during sessions. Ignored when reached for.

It's fake they will give wrong suggestions nd no rooms r available at proper time

BEWARE OF VLCC CHROMPET ( SCAM )

I visited VLCC Chrompet for laser hair removal on my face. The doctor examined my skin and recommended at least 8 sessions to remove all facial hair completely. On the day of my visit, they had a promotional offer, where instead of the usual price of ₹5,999 per session, they were charging ₹1,999 if I booked the treament that day itself. I was interested because it would save a lot of money. Instead of paying ₹5,999 for one session, it would only cost ₹1,999.

The doctor also mentioned that if I opted for a package, she could apply the offer, and the total cost for 8 sessions would be ₹34,000, instead of the usual ₹52,000 plus tax. I thought the ₹34,000 package was a better deal, so I paid ₹10,000 as an advance.

However, after just the first session, my facial hair reduced significantly, and I realized I only needed about 3 sessions in total. I now feel like I lost money and was tricked into buying a package I didn’t need.

I’ve asked for a detailed breakdown of the costs 5 to 6 times, but neither the doctor nor the staff have provided any information. Additionally, the doctor promised to send me a prescription for sunscreen, face wash, and moisturizer, but it’s been three weeks and I haven’t received anything, despite asking her 2 to 3 times.

This has been a very unprofessional experience, and I feel like it was a complete scam.

For anyone considering laser hair removal, I highly recommend going with individual sessions instead of committing to a package.

I would appreciate it if VLCC Chrompet could refund the amount for the unused sessions, as I no longer need the full package

No words to describe the kind of customer service the staff provides arrogant totally. I have taken peeling, Q-switch and prp worth 55k trust me i have not found any significant improvements. The wprst part is they even do not onow what is the concern area they start with the service and do not know about any thing. And when you ask anything they even do not bother to respond. 1-2 services will be good but after that a person regrets investing their money time. Recommend to go with other options do not come.

Taken package for laser hair removal from Bandra turner road at first service only my daughter got many rashes Dr Farheen requested that we should wait for new machine. After they got new equipment staff called Babita went on leave Dr Farheen informed that her mother unwell hence again we waited for new staff to join. New staff called Neetu came agin after few days they fired her as well due to customers complaints. Now when we ask for appointment they say validity is over and they can’t provide us more services SO IN SHORT THEY SCAMMED MY 50K . TODAY WHEN ASKED TO SHARE EMAIL ID DR FARHEEN NOT SHARED THAT AS WELL. BIG SCAMMERS VLCC SPECIALLY BANDRA
