Very poor experience with vMobility Group.

They failed to engage with a legitimate dispute and instead tried to charge me for a PCN incurred by their own third-party delivery driver, even though I was not the driver or in control of the vehicle.

This relates to reference VMG-54949 (PCN IO42546226).

Rather than correcting their records, they defaulted to adding a £40 + VAT administration fee with no meaningful response. No accountability, no proper customer service — just automated charges. Proceed with caution

Darren dropped off the hire vehicle within the hour slot, was happy with the vehicle and its clean condition. Pointed out a couple of marks on the body which Darren noted down. Overall excellent
