As with any hire, the driver is responsible for any costs or damage while in control of the vehicle.
If the driver feels they’re not responsible, we will look at the evidence and discuss it with them. If this is the case here, please send an email to info@vmobilitygroup.com with your contact details and we’ll look into the case directly with you.

Exactly the kind of company you DON'T want to deal with in an emergency.
We had the misfortune of dealing with vMobility this week, when regrettably someone drove into our parked car meaning we needed repairs and a hire car.
vMobility (a sub-contractor of Allianz) confirmed availability of a courtesy car (both via email and on the phone) to be delivered to our house, they took a deposit from us, and said the car would be delivered within a 9am-12pm window.
At 11.45am we hadn't received any communication from them so we called to be told there was now NO availability.
Having already waited 2 days without a vehicle this was extremely frustrating, as if we had been informed at 9am we could've made alternative arrangements.
It is their duty to contact us, not the other way around.
This massively compromised our plans for the day and there was no apology from this company - just "I completely understand, but there's nothing we can do".
Obviously, we will not be dealing with them to arrange the repairs of our car. Utterly shambolic.
