Ordered a dress in a size 14 it's more like a size 8. I need a return label but they are not responding. Terrible customer service.
I am emailing every day and getting nothing

Purchased a raincoat and was advised to buy a larger size which I did. I am a size 12 and have been for the last 40 years this raincoat is either an 8 or a small 10. Emailed the company and was told I could return it but I had to send it to China and standard postage alone is $25. Raincoat was $80. Not happy. Why call yourself Aussie Vogue when you are a Chinese company

Je viens de recevoir ma commande (remise +/-50%) #1343 du 26 Dec 24... 20 jours pour des articles censés ( !) provenir de France...
Loic™ - Veste quart de zip Brun 39.95/ Damien™ - Veste en Cuir Hommes 74.95/ Julien - Bottines en cuir haut de gamme 59.95... Waw! A la réception du colis... léger...! A l'ouverture... les pièces y sont...! Enfin... la quantité... des pièces ressemblantes (en se plaçant à 20m!) car une fois les sachets ouverts... plus que de pâles copies chinoises... ne valant, pour l'ensemble, guère plus de 50 EUR! Déjà lorsque j'ai vu le transit chine... je m'étais posé des questions... france/chine/belgique?... Veste loic juste bonne à porter en intérieur lors de soirées fraiches ("Fabriqué avec des matériaux de haute qualité" => :) juste du bête polyester -seule étiquette présente-, vu l'épaisseur => transparence!...) - Damien... veste cuir... "cuir"...? Simili oui... finitions pauvres, tirettes que l'on ose pas manipuler (presque peur de se couper avec!... loin du YKK... :) ), duvet "qui" peluche... Les bottines... que dire... au vu du poids pour du "haut de gamme"... gamme en zut mineur? Épaisseur papier mâché, semelles de confort... même mes bottines style médiéval en ont de meilleures, pour le reste ... oui une couture apparente... mais qui, à mon avis, ne tiens plus que probablement pas la semelle... faudrait pas exagérer n'est-ce-pas... -assemblage goodyear pour de la qualité!- et donc semelle d'usure plus que probablement collée... aahhh oui... tout de même une indication de marque ... AHOMGM FASHION... trouvées!!!! :) :) :) ... à 21,99... Je ne perdrais pas mon temps au renvoi... au vu des gadgets reçus... je comprends la fermeture... 1° fois de ma vie que je tombe dans une véritable arnaque...! Ceci sans parler du coût transport/environnement... pour des brols qui ne tarderont plus que probablement pas à rejoindre la poubelle... J'ai envoyez un Mail... j'attends la réponse...

This company is now advertising jewellery said to be made by someone called Mary who is closing down after 30 years in business . Lots of positive comments on the Facebook page , but I’d like to know if it’s the same scammer ?

Les prix sont pas en adéquation avec la qualité du produits , l’image montre un produits hyper qualitatif et en vrai c’est de la mauvaise qualité autant acheter sur SHEIN c’est la même chose . En plus délais de livraison hyper long car ça vient de Chine et encore même les autre site chinois son plus rapide .
Bref passer votre chemin . Ce site ou cette boutique est une arnaque il y a rien de Paris la dedans . Hyper déçu.

Linen shirt was cheap polyester material. Ordered in plenty of time for Xmas arrived today

Delivered a polyester shirt probably cost less than 5 dollars. Tried contacting to no avail. 0 stars. I am reviewing Aussie Vogue clothing. Hopefully the correct site.

ABSOLUTE TRASH OF A COMPANY!! Negative stars!!! - spent $150 AUD on boots that took a month to arrive.
Once I finally got them - they were delivered without a box wrapped in bubble wrap and look NOTHING like the picture, they are not even the same colour and the stud on the side are not even the same pattern as the picture! The quality is shocking.
Reached out to the company the phone number is fake and they won't respond to email!! Reporting them to the consumer right ombudsman- SERIOUSLY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

I purchased a jacket from Vogue-Kildare in late November. My brother had a similar one and I loved it. I didn't realize at the time the clothes were coming from China. I live in the US and had a friend bring me the jacket (my husband's Xmas gift). It was tiny with no size label. I had ordered a 2XL figuring European sizes run small. When I contacted them, they basically gave me some options. They could send me another one if I paid shipping or just refund me 20% to go away. I decided on buying another one. I've emailed them twice since with my decision-no response. Initially, I thought I was ordering an Irish-made jacket. If I had known it was coming from Asia, I wouldn't have bought it. Just a caution to Irish customers, please reconsider purchasing goods from companies like this. They are scammers. Clothing from China has destroyed the American textile industry. European manufacturers cannot compete with these prices. You know nothing of where they're made or how much people are paid to make them. The U.S. once had a thriving textile industry. No more. I'd hate to see Ireland end up the same way.

This company is now going as Dublin Vogue an Asian company and any returns have to be returned to Asia at own cost that is if you get what was promised and want to return Stay away from those ITS A SCAM

Horrible customer service, my wife’s expensive gift was lost. Never delivered and never got any answers more then be patient it will come.

Zero stars. Ordered some headphones, first tracking email worked but has never updated, all other tracking emails haven't worked. No response to emails and no response to PayPal case. I have now escalated via PayPal for a full refund but that doesn't help when you've got to wait another few weeks for them to assess the case. DO NOT BUY FROM AUSSIE VOGUE WEBSITE.

I bought a pair of sandals that were advertised 'Orthopedic' with a photo showing the benefit of an arch support. As I only wear shoes with an arch support, I bought a pair. They are Definitely NOT Orthopedic. The sandals have NO arch support whatsoever. This Is False Advertising. Never again.

The jumper I received is definitely not what was advertised online, very badly made no shape to it and came from a warehouse in China! It is total rubbish, wouldnt wear it gardening!!

Never ever order from them! Says coming from Australia . Lack of communication and it's been 3 weeks and still no show. Very disappointed.

Absolute rubbish quality and total con when it comes to returns. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered an item from Vogue Shop on 5th November and despite sending several emails and receiving polite responses telling me that they are dealing with it and their profuse apologies, I still haven’t received my item (11/12). I’m about to report them to Trading Standards for false advertising. My daughter has also ordered from them and exactly the same, nothing received. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again and suggest you don’t either.
