This is run by cheats. Refund policy is not followed. Policy on website clearly says that they will return and refund in terms of store credits but they are now stating they can only exchange damaged products and do not refund otherwise.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This company is run by big cheats and con men. They are the worst while handling customer complaints. No empathy for customers time and money. Customer support is a myth and product quality is abysmal. There should be a law against these cheat companies to operate. Please spread this message as much possible and boycott this cheap website and people behind it

I should have read the reviews before ordering the products. Worst experience, what is written in the refund policy is not followed. They are not initiating refund and once return is initiated in the Shiprocket , they hid the login option in Vogue site as well the return option in the site. Vèry tricky team. Don't buy and don't get cheated.

Worst experience ever. They don’t refund keeps making excuses. False advertisement. Made a mistake ordering from them. For pickup also they keep saying we are short of manpower.

I wish I had seen the other reviews before ordering products from this company. Had the exact same experience as many other people who have rated it 1 star - very poor quality of material and when asked for a return, they simply refused saying "items can only be returned if damaged". But their policy on the website clearly states they accept returns in case customer is not satisfied with the product. Absolute scammers! Please DO NOT buy from them

Despite the mentioned 7 days return policy all over their website, when I approached their customer care for initiating a return well within the 7 days timeline, I was denied my right to return and was only offered an exchange policy. Despite conveying my specific request to return the item as I was not satisfied with the product (quality is bad), which according to their website is priority for them, the customer care personnel kept refusing and said they could only exchange. To make it worse, the customer care seemed to have a “don’t care” attitude and kept responding to my messages like a bot with the same standard replies and ended it abruptly with a thank you while we were in the middle of our conversation. After this experience, I am definitely never gonna shop again from here and thought of sharing my experience so no other customer also falls prey for this and their misleading claims on their website.

Absolutely fake promises. The quality promised us not delivered. When complaint about the same, they refused to return even though it is mentioned in their return policy. Not trust worthy at all. Please don't order from them.

I returned 4 shirts for a larger size replacement. Tracking receipt shows it was delivered to the company. But after that they have blocked my number, no reply to emails and no product nor refund.

Pathetic customer service and extremely bad quality of products. The customer service no.’s provided are not at all responsive. The policy clearly says 100% refund in 7 days but they don’t respond at all. They are a clear rip off. Stay away from them. Most of the products from catalog are not available. I am going to report this to consumer court else they will continue cheating the customers like this.

Worst quality, ratio of shoulder and body of the shirt is disproportionate. Shirt is torn from under arm area. Tried to reach out to customer care. No body is responding. Fraud site with fake details.

First of all they said they will customise my shirt according to the measurements sent by me but they send me a smaller size which was already lying with them. And now i am continously calling and mesaaging them on both WhatsApp and insta from the last week but there is no response at all. They are neither refunding my money nor they are ready to exchange the size. Would recommend everyone not to shop with them.

This is a fake shopping website. They are scammers. Product displayed vs the product received are completely different, quality is bad. No good customer service...when we reach out to them on whatsapp, they neither respond nor refund. Please don't order. I also have a proof of their communication

Worst customer service. Worst site. It’s a scam going on. I bought two shirts from vogue liberty and I’m not satisfied with the product and I tried to contact support team of vogue liberty but they are ignoring my messages and call’s. What kind of service you guys providing.

One of the worst online platform. The short delivered was completely different than the pictures online. On demanding for an exchange they are asking me to courier the parcel back, when on website they mention they will collect. All information on website is fake and fraudulent. On complaint they do not even respond on the WhatsApp numb r stated. Do not waste your money on their garbage products. Abysmmmalllll to another level!
