We use Volcora as our house brand POS computer, and the biggest reason is simple: they care more about a long-term partnership than a quick profit.

With PC hardware costs climbing, especially RAM and storage, a lot of providers are passing that straight to their customers. Several other POS providers we've looked at have already raised prices by over 36%, and shipping tariffs are adding even more on top of that. Volcora made it clear they don't plan to follow the market on this. They're focused on keeping prices fair and realistic so their partners stay happy, and that kind of consistency is hard to find right now.
