Cannot withdraw, what a scam broker

Worst , been more than a month , this company is poor and cannot afford to pay , rubbish broker , avoid at all cost

Everything worked normally at first, and the platform did respond when contacted. However, restrictions on my funds were applied without a clear explanation. After reviewing my records, I sought legal guidance through Z̓F̓C̓.̓R̓E̓ to understand the proper steps, while waiting for clearer answers from the service.

I got an email saying that I violated their terms of uses.
Originally I was referred using IB by my husband, I registered residential address as the same as my husband's. They approved my profile and account trading in Vonway and now I am confused that they declined my withdrawal.

I manually trade and follow the advices of my husband trading the same strategy, only 'SELL trades' on all forex instruments, no AI, no robot, no HFT, no news trading and when I made a profit, they take them all.

By this, VONWAY is SCAM BROKER.

Got my account suspended, blocked and now I cannot access my money.

I have my wife's account MANUALLY trading almost the same strategy with me, SAME DIRECTIONS of trades and they claimed that I violated their terms of uses. The IB reward is about $10, because I refer my wife to trade. Is this the issue and they want to take all my account balance ($2255) and my wife's account's $2063?

So many brokers offering COPY TRADING between their clients and now my wife's account MANUALLY COPY TRADING my trades, they claims I am violating their terms of use.

Is it because profit that we successfully made that this causes this blockage and suspension, they need to prove it.

I recommend to all traders retrieving their money before too late. They can take your money at their will. It is not worth to take this risk.

With their action like this and until they give back my money, Vonway is definitely SCAM BROKER.

Will give update on this if received a reply.

I have tried to withdraw and they didn't approve my withdrawal for a week already. And they give so many excuses for the delay and said after 3 days. Now guess what it's almost a week and today they didn't reply any of my emails and tickets. So yeah this broker might did not want to pay us or what I don't know. But god dammmn...shit broker

I made a withdrawal of $3642 but the broker refused on the grounds that I had committed a hedging violation or used an EA
but all this time I have been trading manually and not hedging
