Absolute shower. Scam company. Ordered 2 items they eventually decided to send one. It arrived after 1.5 months! Nothing like described. Ignored at least 15 emails asking for a refund. Kept getting the same cycle of generic email responses all from different people. Eventually got half my money back through a dispute directly with my credit card company.

I ORDERED PYJAMAS FOR CHRISTMAS AND TRIED TO CANCEL WITHIN ONE DAY OF ORDERING AS NOTICED THEY WOULD NOT BE ON TIME. THEY SAID THEY HAD ALREADY DISPATCHED THEM SO I HAD TO WAIT FOR THEM, THEY WERE NOT AS EXPECTED TOO SMALL AND QUALITY NOT THERE, I HAVE EMAILED THEM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND WANTED TO SEND THEM BACK. I CHECKED HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING TO COST £20 WITH POST OFFICE (CHEAPEST) THEY OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT SO TO CUT MY LOSSES I ASKED FOR THE DISCOUNT. THEY JUST KEEP FOBBING ME OFF SAYING THEY ARE SORTING IT OUT, ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

So I just returned an item as to return address on the box. Now im thinking it won't ever get to them. Delivered back on 22nd, no sign of them receiving it 3rd Feb. Gutted. Jacket was poor quality, nothing like photo. Very false advertising. If I don't get a refund that's £50 down the drain.

I was duped by an offer showing a discounted price for a jumper and ended up paying for the same jumper three times. Vorina agreed to refund the two extra payments on the 13th January, but despite many reminders from me they have still not refunded the money.

This company have no regard for consumer rights in the UK. I ordered an item for a Christmas event which arrived a month later. I had tried to cancel it . I was told I couldn't it was on its way. When it did arrive it didn't fit. I contacted customer services to return for a refund. They offered me 20 percent and keep the item. I accepted this as can't be bothered to argue anymore, and they said I would be liable for return shipping costs. The item was of poor quality and didn't look like its photo on their site . Do not buy from Vorina

It’s a scam!!! I ordered a product on 29 December 2024 which said delivery took 7-9 working days. It still hasn’t turned up, alleged ability to “track” order does not work and no further communication. I’ve lost almost £70

Do not buy from this company. They took weeks to deliver, and then you find out the goods come from China (not the UK or NL as website suggests). The quality of the items are really poor, no labels and the fair Isle jumper I bought has a different pattern to the image on the website. The colours are also different. I am trying to get a return, but being offered 10, 25 then 30% instead of a full refund. Their website says hassle free refunds within 30 days....this is not my experience. I will be reporting to my credit card company. AVOID.

My item eventually arrived after 3-4 weeks from China only for it to be a completely different item to the one I ordered and of poor quality!! No exchange of item or refund forthcoming!! Absolute disgrace of a company!! SCAM!!

I would not recommend this company - avoid it unless you are 100% sure you will keep the items. I ordered 4 Christmas outfits on 1st December, they arrived on 27th Jan. None of them fitted, dispute ordered 2 sizes. I’ve now chased them 3 times to be able to get return approval for a refund & I keep getting fobbed off, offering me a discount to keep them. Not a smooth returns process like they suggest on their website & definitely not worth the hassle!

I wish I had read these before I bought :( Sent £100, still not received and customer service not responding. Phone number on website, is rerouted to an automated service, saying call back. They have no intention of answering their UK landline phone number they have on their website.

I purchased several items from this company and stupidly did not read the Trustpilot reviews beforehand. I have experienced the same poor service, poor quality items and no refund! The items are unfinished with loose threads coming out of the seams, there are no care labels in the items, and no product labels and all materials are of poor quality. The company threatens you with having to return all items to some warehouse in China and to pay the entire shipping costs even though this goes against their own return policy which states they will cover the cost of the items if they are defective. Vorina then ignores your messages and then offers you 10%-30% refund with you keeping the item stating they are a small business and that that would be the fairest option for them.
I appeal to you to avoid buying from this company unless you can go into their ‘store’ and examine the products yourself! I strongly advise you NOT to buy from this online store unless you have time, money and energy to waste.

Like many other reviews, I was really dissatisfied with the quality of the product.

My order took a long time to arrive (which I now know is not surprising considering it came from China!)

I returned the goods immediately, but the parcel is currently with Customs & has been since 23rd Jan 2025. Vorina customer services are not responding to my chases, so I’m not hopeful that I’ll receive the refund I’m entitled too.

Just utterly disappointed & wouldn’t recommend this company.

I bought a top from this company which was supposed to be sparkling and looked really shiny and blingy but the top that arrived was a dull grey colour and was a really cheap material. I offered to return it and they said I couldn’t. I raised a dispute through Amex who closed the dispute as the top had been delivered. I am not happy and will be fighting this as it’s not right and they are ripping customers off. I would avoid this company if possible.

If I could give this awful company 0 stars if possible. I paid £49 for what was described as real suede leather and received a cheap tatty feu suede man made fibre boot even lined. It bore no resemblance to the article shown on their website.It actually stated on the website that a 100% refund would be given for anything the customer wasn’t completely happy with but they are making all stiff excuses not to refund.
Judging by the previous reviews I’m not alone. They should be put out of business for fraud. Absolute rubbish.
Don’t but this cheap tack for expensive prices.

They took 2 months to arrive from China, I ordered 2 items. 1 item did not arrive and 1 was really cheap awful quality. They've offered me 10% refund..?!?!?! One of the items didn't arrive how can they offer 10% off of it??!?! DO NO TRUST.

Absolutely awful, total rip off. Nasty cheap material, dreadful sizing and totally wrong pattern received. Offered a 4% refund and now ignoring me. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have the same experience as many others. The clothes arrived in poor condition, not the quality advertised and many weeks after Christmas. I was offered 15% or a return. When choosing the latter I was given an address in China, not advertised on their website. I’ve had no response from them when I tried setting for the inadequate refund.

Really disappointed with the item I received from Vorina! Cost £50.It was cheap and did not look like the item on the picture so I sent it back and paid the postage for it with an understanding I would get a full refund but still waiting for it.Please do not order off this website as they don’t refund!!!!!!!!!!!
