I have just received a "North face" jacket that I ordered from this company 4 weeks ago, it's absolute
rubbish, it took an eternity to arrive and it has not been worth the wait, it is clearly a fake. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Vornup products are not as advertised. They mislead you into believing you’re buying branded goods but they certainly are not. Quality is poor. Recommend you steer clear & don’t waste your hard earned money .

As all the reviews below state, the website looked legit, though the coat was cheaper than it should have been. Therefore, I kick myself for falling for it and not remembering the cardinal rule of online purchasing: “if it looks too good to be true it usually is”. Lesson learnt. Do not buy from this outfit! It is an extremely poor product that wouldn’t last a minute in any weather. DO NOT USE THIS CON SITE.

Coat as a gift arrived 3/2 weeks after ordering (the site looks so welcoming)
It’s basically theft.
This was a Christmas gift, and I couldn’t possibly give it to my son. I’d be embarrassed. I wouldn’t wash my dishes with this piece of rubbish.
It’s NOT REAL NORTH FACE.
To top it off their customer service is none existent and I sent many emails about update. To NO REPLY (SHOCKER)
I should have checked trust pilot and run for my life. However the ad and description looked great. NOT SO
Contacting trading standards about this sh*t.

Also bought the north face jacket for my dad . Ordered L , arrived XL and disgusting quality. It’s dog sh1t fake . And the Google returns form is a joke. Having read others refund situation I won’t bother . That was good money gone to rubbish .

Fake fake fake no idea how to return u took my last 50 quid that was a gift for my son not even like the photo

Please do not buy from this site, fake products not the items advertised, I don’t expect to get my money back from returning l’ll put it down as an experience, but please don’t make the same mistake, no bargains from them👍🏻

Poor quality and obviously counterfeit goods. Stay away from this company.

North face summer jacket.
Assumed this was on sale so purchased it.
Delivered 12th December.
Poor quality imitation, if I wanted imitation I could get one in the UK ,purchased in good faith £48 not worth £10.
Please check where your items are from before purchasing.

This is a scam website that sells counterfeit goods only on the pretence that they are the real article. paid £48 for a North Face jacket that is completely fake. Ordered a large and was sent an XL and it's probably a Small at best. No branding on the labelling beyond the front saying The North Face. Stitching is appalling. Wish I had not fallen for the social media posts and done a little bit more due diligence. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I recieved a fake north face jacket which said it was a large but was very small and the jacket is poor quality. I am trying to return for a refund however I am not getting very far with this atm.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY is my advice.

Just taken delivery of copy north face jacket, should have known better for the price, nothing like the quality looking jacket in the picture, ordered Large and XL turned up and even that didn't fit ,should have checked the trust pilot site first as there 4.8 score on their site is not true.

Ordered north face puffa jacket for £48.00 , what arrived 2 weeks later was an atrocious counterfeit ,should have guessed really, absolute scum scammers,DO NOT BUY FROM VORNUP !!!!!!

Don't do it. I did the same...saw the ad, liked the item, excited by the price. I then read the reviews and thought there were just a few people moaning that they hadn't got a 100% perfect item for a fraction of the price...

So I bit the bullet and spent £45 on a "North Face" lightweight puffa jacket. Looked smart on the ad, perfect for autumn/winter days.

What arrived about 3 or 4 weeks later was a joke. Screwed into a plastic bag, this cheap creased up thing with an almost see through "north face" emblem on the front. No tags, no branding inside the coat whatsoever, a melted bit on the front (presumably as the material was so thin that the sunlight had hit it at some point and it gave up). Just a very, very poor imitation that isn't wearable without screaming "Temu".
IT IS NOT WHAT YOU SEE ON THE ADVERT!!

Please, times are hard, we work harder for our money than ever and Christmas is coming. Don't waste your money on this absolute rip off. Someone somewhere I laughing with every received payment and at every poor mug (including me) who makes them.

Thankfully I paid through PayPal, who were absolutely awesome and refunded my payment instantly.

Screw you Vornup. You rip off ****'s

The North Face jacket I ordered finally arrived after 2 weeks. I ordered Large but the inside label said xxl.
I do not believe it is a genuine North Face, but I won’t return it because judging by other reviews, I wouldn’t get a refund
