Mary from sales was very helpful and the guys who delivered the spa and showed me how to look after it were superb.

I bought two spas from Vortex - an aqualap & a normal spa. In August I asked for delivery of the aqualap on a particular day in January as we were away over Christmas, but the normal spa could arrive in October as we were told it would. Due to some problems getting them in to the country both pools were delivered at the same time in February. More communication would have been appreciated, but I'm happy now they are in.

Service was exceptional! We could not ask them to change anything service related. We had a relatively huge mistake made- our spa was damaged in the warehouse by the fork-hoist driver however when the spa arrived it not only was damaged, but the wrong colour. Vortex handled themselves well- managed the problem at hand and ensured we would have another spa delivered to us as soon as possible. They offered a voucher which was kind, and the staff on the other end of the phone was polite, friendly and apologetic - which is very respectful as they did not blame us and make this our problem. We are grateful for the wonderful service, and even though we had a few things go wrong we have nothing but pure praise for the company and staff we have dealt with. Thank you! We love our spa!! :-)

Once our interest in a Vortex Spa was made known to Patrick (the Sales Manager) he invited us to the Home Show in Auckland and made a free pass available.
He meet us at the entrance of the Home Show and escorted us through to the Vortex stand. From there it was plain sailing as once demonstrated we fell in love with our Vortex spa and confirmed the sale there and then.
I later had concerns in relation to whether the spa would fit through our French doors. We live in along the Thames Coast and despite a very long day in Hamilton Patrick drove the distance and made the necessary measurements. The spa would fit through the door! Great.
The rest was all down hill for us but uphill (literally) for the installers. However they were delightful and installed and demonstrated how the spa operated with knowledge and ease.
Follow up emails and calls from Vortex have resulted in any query I have had being answered quickly and clearly.

I own Te Puna O Wai Mihora (The Wellspring Of Miracles) in Waikanae on the Kapiti Coast. I am a 3rd Degree Reiki master practitioner, a Bowen Therapist and Swedish remedial massage practitioner. I purchased the Neon spa, after looking at the Gemini and finally decided on the Neon after much discussion with the Vortex Auckland office. I wanted a model that would provide my healing facility with a top quality additional feature, and I have to say I am blown away by the amazing experience of the Neon. I am in it every night, and it is such an astonishingly delightful experience, I am making a video of it to promote my business and Vortex spas. I have found that it is highly beneficial as a hydro therapy treatment, especially for a long standing muscle hardening in my back. I find that progressively, the spa jets loosen up the tightened build up around the core muscle tension, and enable it to be worked on each time I have a spa. In addition, the installation service from Vortex was excellent as is the after sales back up. This is a company that values its customers, even to the point of being contacted by the General Manager to congratulate on the purchase of the Vortex spa. The ever changing lights, the powerful oscillating jets, the water fall and fountain features, along with the maelstrom effect of the air bubbles, creates an astounding experience, like sitting in a liquid space ship. Reminds me of Close Encounters Of The Third Kind! Well done Vortex, you are a winning company, with a winning product, and I would like to be a part of your team.

We had a great experience buying our spa. From first enquiry at the home show to our visit to the Auckland sale day. The installation was done early and we got an excellent induction into operating the spa.
We have had many great nights in our vortex

The Presales was relatively good, the communication was good, however it was also inconsistent, leading to some frustration on our part. Delivery date was mid January then no its December, then back to January, then late January. However they did acknowledge they made a mistake and gave us some vouchers etc. Overall Vortex appears to be helpful and tries to do the best by their customers.

From the outset contact was straight forward and friendly. No question too 'silly' to ask.

From purchasing our Spa to it being delivered, set up and ready to go has been 100% all good and we are now enjoying our Spa on a daily basis and every thing about it is just great, no regrets with anything. All good.

From our first contact with Vortex at the CHCH home show to the day our spa was delivered and installed.We complement your staff for their all round excellent service.Well done and keep this standard up.

We love the product and have had a wonderful first month enjoying it mostly twice a day. We would have appreciated better pre-delivery advice as to which way was best to install it so that when we had the concrete pad constructed we could have allowed for this. As it stands we have had to install the pool back to front and cannot use the steps in the pool.
