Problem solved with gmail

Subscribed for vps revived a paid invoice . Did not recieve passwords or anything to setup vps . Have been unable to contact dime through client area as they claim wrong login details which they are not . Do not receive emails when submitting a presales ticket . Do not recieve email to reset password.

Best VPS server at a low price, I love VPSDime, I have been using VPSDime for almost 1 year, I have no complain.

Actually, I have had an issue with VPSDime and gave them a 1-star review a while back. But later on, they reached to me out and explained the situation that it was an automatic response from their system generated. As per my trouble, they rewarded me also with 3 free months VD6GB7 plan.

I give them a 5, did a little plan to test the service and it's been perfect, I even feel I have much load on the VPS than my subscription plan can accommodate. Very recommended

I agree, this company is legit, the service is awesome, the VPSes aren't oversold and it's really, really inexpensive.

A note to VPSdime: Oracle has free-for-life VPS micro containers, but I like your responsiveness and polite service -- these things matter to me, and is the reason I've kept my personal sites here. Cheers!

I'm absolutely getting for what I'm paying. Customer support is really good and man they have the skills to troubleshoot.

It's the second month I am using the service and ran into a little trouble in setting up an issue the customer support replied within like 15 mins after a back and forth fixed my issue, highly recommend this service, amazing value and amazing customer service!

Very friendly and good support. I had a problem caused by me and it has been solved positively for me. That's really nice. About VPS: runs very smoothly and without downtimes.

These guys are outstanding for value, quality and service. Recently one of their techs took his time to setup HTTPS on my site just because I had been a long time customer. My site is used for educational purposes and didn't really need the HTTPS enabled but the padlock next to the url has stopped repeated questions from kids!

Anyways, these guys are highly recommended.

Excellent service! I moved to another vps! But it was the worst deal i ever made! i tried alot of vps and the only cheap and affordable was without a doubt vps dime! Going back to vpsdime and i am willing try out the premium vps!

What can i say... i'v been with this company from few years ago. There been some small issues with the billings but, at the end, I was properly refounded. Now I have up and running only 5 services with them. The support is not the quickest one but they do a very good job. For the money... IS A GREAT VPS PROVIDER.

You get a decent 4 core vCPU, 6 GB of DDR3 memory, 30 GB of space, and 2 TB of traffic with 10 GB/s uplink; for just 7 USD a month. At first, when I first visited their website I was thinking that it's too good to be true but turned out to be even better. Their customer service is amazing, you can expect a swift reply. Not only that if you ever lose access to your server or just somewhere not on your computer and you need to access your server ASAP, but their web interface control panel also lets you access to your server and run commands!

We've used VPSDime for around a year without any issues. Recently wanted to allow access for a new software integration and spent a couple hours dealing with networking issues. Emailed VPSDime's support to see if they had any idea (I thought it was a long shot but worth a try) and within 5 MINUTES they checked our issue and gave the iptables changes I needed to make! Unreal customer service.

Using their hosting services since a few days and I am completely amazed about their quality and services. VPS's are very reliable, enormous fast and easy to deploy [Ubuntu 18.04 Server].

The only thing I am wondering. Ordered 2 VPS's now in Seattle and Dallas and by searching on this website [IP Location Website] I am getting for both VPS ip locations the exact same hosting location.

So I asked them how that's possible and hopefully I will get an answer soon. For sure I will update/add a notification with their response.
