VPS Malaysia Reviews

I’m using the VPS BASIC plan. The stability is great, uptime is good, and the server runs smoothly with no issues. However, please note that the bandwidth is a bit limited - it's constantly around 40-50 Mbps. It's enough for basic tasks, but a faster connection would be better.

Disappointed with service reliability and speed
We've been using this VPS for less than a month and have already experienced unexpected downtime with no changes made on our end. The actual network speed also does not match what was promised in the package specifications.
As a web development team, uptime and consistent bandwidth are critical for us. We previously used an overseas VPS provider for years without a single downtime incident. Switching to this VPS Malaysia has unfortunately been a downgrade in both stability and performance.

Polite communication. Support responds quickly if this does not concern a refund.
- If you ask for a refund, you will have to wait a long time for an answer.
They will stall for time, waste your time.
They will never return the money, not even a cent. Even if you have the right to do so.
Greedy and very cunning.
Stay away!
No trust!

vpsmalaysia vpn is very simple to set up. i am totally hopeless with configuration of anything n yet i am able to set up the connection without much help through google search or helpdesk.

chucky.

I am highly satisfied with my recent VPS service purchase. The server consistently delivers excellent performance, proving to be both fast and reliable, handling my application smoothly and without interruption. The setup process was swift, and the control panel is remarkably intuitive, making management easy even for users without extensive technical expertise. Considering the quality of resources provided, the pricing offers a great balance of cost and performance.

Have vps with vpsmalaysia, suddenly server went down (didn't make any changes) and can't restart, they said nothing they can do but to reinstall the server. WTF?? how about my data? They said EVERYTHING will be erased. Now they don't even care to try to fix the server for me, just ignore my messages. Very unreliable hosting company, stay away!!!!

I’ve been using VPS Malaysia on a Debian Linux setup, and the performance has been really impressive. The servers are fast, stable, and reliable — definitely great value for the price. Even though the interface and management tools are a little simpler, everything just works smoothly once set up. Overall, it’s a solid and trustworthy service that I’m genuinely happy with!

VPS Malaysia - its server is easy to install and its customer service replies within a day and solve all technical issues. The service they provided are great value for money and is useful for hosting forex MT5 and MT4 and has no issues with the brokers platforms.

Great VPS Experience!
I’ve been using a VPS for a while now, and it’s been a great choice. It’s way faster and more reliable than shared hosting. I love having full control to install what I need, and the performance is solid even with multiple websites. Also, it's easy to scale when I need more power. Definitely a smart option if you want more freedom and better performance without paying for a full dedicated server.

Worst customer experience. Totally money orientated. request payment upfront for upgrading requests.

This company is expensive but giving shitty customer experience. Better take Meta trader VPS.

So far the vps server is doing well, never face difficulty yet, keep it up

I have engaged with VPS Malaysia for almost a week using their VPS, and so far I have no problems with my trading and its fast enough to accommodate my trading style. The system is simplr and good and the after sales service is great! I will engaged them for a long time!

Stable and fast VPS service. The price is affordable and yet you get the best performance for the money you spend.

In few months, i faced the same issue that i cannot login to my dedicated server, my whole server down even with very very light usage. When i asked for support, it typically takes 2-3hours to solve my problem and keep saying that os halts and keep promising wont happen again. but same issue happens 3 times in just few months.
Anyone who is considering to use their service, please walk away to other vendor. Or else you will very very frustrated with their product and services.

Ease and speed of setup. From payment to assessing my VPS in no time at all. Everything is smooth!

Super good pricing for long-term subscription. Good range of VPS config to pick from. Customer support is responsive. The VPS was ready for me to use within 30 minutes.
