Speedy delivery ,,really pleased with vape and it charges really quick .no problems at all unlike other vapes ,,chemical free ,well happy with the product even my mum is getting one to quit smoking ,,

After I had placed my order, and past the due delivery date given when placing the order, I received a text asking me to call them regarding my order. I called straight away, and no one picked up. I then decided to send them an email, on their customer service email address given on their website, to ask them to cancel my order if it hadn't been shipped yet.
Two days later I receive another text asking me to call them. Again, I call them, but no one picks up. I then resend an email asking them to cancel my order. Both email have been left unanswered, and the order still hasn't been received.
When I place an order, I don't want to have to chase, and have to call a number that no one replies to. The text also mentions that I can click on "Chat" which is nowhere to be found. The text didn't mention what the issue was but simply that I had to call. Maybe next time try and first before asking your customers to call you.

Sorry, but I haven't used this product long enough to be able to evaluate it objectively

I got 30ml each of the 100% VG Toffee Caramel Choco and Coconut Delight from the Gourmet range. Both e-liquids are lushious, and perfect for my taste. Vsavi sent them straight away and they arrived the next day. The containers, on the other hand, are a nightmare. The liquid came in 6 10ml bottles, so a lot of boxes, leaflets and single-use plastic. Plus the bottles are so hefty they can't be squeezed manually - I'm having to use a pair of pliers to squeeze the juice into the tank. I've had bottles of thinner plastic all the way from ECblend in the States which easily survived the shipping. So a bit of wriggle-room for improvement there - but the juice really is lovely.

Vsavi are usually great but on this occasion my order is nearly a week late and still nothing.

2nd order in a row that the products have been out of stock. You get a text for you to call in, rather than them having the courtesy to call you. Then the people on the phone wonder why you don’t have your order number to hand. First call they said half my products weren’t in stock so I asked for a refund which I never received, then a week and a half later I get another text and the other two items are now also out of stock. So they cancelled my order and I did receive tue full amount back.

Very prompt with orders and customer contact.

Did not deliver. Had to chase and was told they had tried to deliver and would redeliver at my cost. I was here all day when they claim they tried to deliver.
