Products are good, deliveries a little slow & bigger sales.

Countless complaints with no reply.
Took £900 of my money over 5 weeks ago and havnt received anything. Then told to pay shipping again, paied again and still received nothing.
There con artists that are takkk8ng your money.

Countless times iv tried to contact and nothing. Just look at there reviews. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY.

Using the portable battery to power a video projector for outdoor use. Works like a champ, projector is happy and as near as I can tell (I did not 'scope it) the AC is very clean. Battery appears to be well built and easy to transport. About to purchase the cables to allow it to jump start my car (I wish those were much longer.)

Excellent battery. Used it this weekend on my starlink mini.

I purchased off Ebay Vtoman 2200, it was refurbished with a guarantee of minimum 12 months. After 7 months stopped AC output so couldn't use mains! Shortly after DC output failed. Contacted Vtoman both online and via Ebay, sent 3 videos of issue and asked to return/refund as unit not fit for purpose, my requests to date go ignored, and since this contains lithium batteries must be returned with Hazmat label and most curriers will not touch this item. Post Office, Evri DPD DHL will not accept. This is a far cry from the email that they sent when I purchased!

My requests to get this returned both via Ebay and Vtoman.com go unaddressed. The matter is raised now as a visa dispute. This had at least the minimum of a 12 month guarantee and completely failed in less than 7 months which included no use during low sunlight winter! Very concerned and disappointed!

Packages showed up damaged and a week later no help from the company

El 13 de febrero 2026, pedí por oferta con Facebook una estación y un panel de 100, me llegó el panel pero no La estación, les he mandado correos y dicen que si las vacaciones que si el año chino, esto no es serio, tendrían que tener un stock para estas situaciones, estoy muy enfadados con ellos por sus respuestas son siempre las mismas, osea una máquina que responde a todos igual, me estoy pensando en poner una denuncia por publicidad engañosa y retraso de la compra

We have been long time users, off grid, emergency, parties, etc! We have 2 complete systems with extra battery and solar for each and they're awesome...We just got the new big 3600 Flashspeed and looking forward to the extra battery! We go out to ghost towns and it runs my Dometic refrigerator, Starlink and Traeger..Looking forward to the adventures this year with our Vtoman equipment!

Yo compré una oferta en Facebook. Y la primera vez que la encendí fue bien luego la cargué y ya no enciende de ninguna forma les mandé varios correos y todo son larga. Hay que esperar porque tienen muchas reclamaciones después el año lunar chino etc y yo sin solución ninguna. Estoy desesperado. Nunca más

Attention lors de l'achat d’une batterie nomade VTOMAN, il est précisé que la livraison est gratuite mais des frais de paiement d’un montant de 14 € pour paiement hors UE sont prélevés sur votre compte sans vous en avertir. Le procédé "en douce" est désagréable. Au final, le coût total est moins intéressant

First purchase of a solar generator etc.
There was confusion with my order in that ist said I could get the Flash speed 1500 however, it wouldn't let me payout. So I opted for the Flashspeed 1000 with the solar panel and extra battery instead.
I called the toll free line and they sent me a link of the 1500 but still wouldn't let me purchase. Apparently they are not stocking a warehouse in Canada.
I also, did not have a DC charging cord in the package.

Otherwise things look good for the price.Hopefully it fufill its sales data.

El 04 de febrero efectué la compra del pedido vtoman 2200w + panel solar de 200w y bolsa de transporte, nº de pedido #ESVT1312.
Solamente se ha recibido la bolsa de transporte y el panel Solar pero falta de recibir la estación 2200 jump.

Desde el 06 de febrero de 2026, intento contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente pero no recibo respuesta alguna de cuando se procederá al envio de la estación de energia

Vollständige Zufriedenheit mit der Firma VTOMAN ! Klare 5 Sterne ! Bei VTOMAN hatte ich am 20.1.2026 das Produkt "VTOMAN Jump 2200 Tragbare Powerstation" bestellt. Später erklärte ich gegenüber Fa. VTOMAN den Rücktritt vom Kauf. Grund für den Rücktritt: Firma VTOMAN hat mich rechtzeitig und ordnungsgemäß per E-Mail über Lieferverzögerungen informiert. Mein Eindruck war, dass Firma VTOMAN nicht für die Lieferverzögerungen verantwortlich ist. Gegenüber Firma VTOMAN habe ich aufgrund der Lieferverzögerungen ordnungsgemäß den Rücktritt vom Kauf erklärt. Aufgrund dieses Rücktritts vom Kauf und meiner diesbezüglichen Reklamation wurde mir von Firma VTOMAN der von mir bezahlte Betrag in vollständiger Höhe und in angemessener Zeit auf meine VISA-Karte zurückerstattet.
Dafür bin ich Firma VTOMAN sehr dankbar. Über die ordnungsgemäße und zeitnahe Rückerstattung habe ich mich sehr gefreut !
Firma VTOMAN betrachte ich daher als seriös, zuverlässig und ehrlich!

From the time I placed my order until the time I received it seemed like it was only days. It was a lot quicker than I expected. The only drawback was there was little to know communication regarding the delivery schedule.

I contacted Vtoman by email and by phone. The email I received was a general response because of their high volume of calls. They said they would get back with me. But when I reached out by phone my concerns were resolved. I also took it up my self to go to my account and update my information. Happy to say my Power Station arrived on time and to the correct address.

Nous avons acquis un VTOMAN Jump 2200 depuis le 30 oct 2025, mais moins d'un mois plus tard il a présenté des défaillances, soit s'arrête brusquement et plus moyen de le refaire fonctionner, jusqu'à ce qu'il décide de refonctionner plus tard (délai aléatoire).

Nous avons vérifié "X" fois que ce n'était pas dû à nos branchements, mais tout était bien branché sur les connecteurs et prises dédiées (x1 source PV, x2 charges - ventilateur, éclairage LED). Malgré cela problème persistant.

Nous avons donc décidé vers fin décembre de contacter le service après-vente, ils ont demandé des vidéos de l'installation et autres infos, que nous avons fourni. Mais le délai traitement et réponses sont très lentes, puis le fait qu'ils indiquent ne pas avoir reçu les documents, alors qu'ils ont les liens, c'est pas fort!!.

Le numéro de téléphone aux États-Unis qu'ils donnent, peu importe l'heure à laquelle on appelle nous répond toujours la même chose "qu'il faut appeler aux heures et jours indiqués", puis bien sûr jamais personne ne répond.

En plus d'avoir un équipement défaillant et non utilisable / fiable, le service après-vente n'Est pas à la hauteur !!

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus de cette compagnie et regrettons notre achat et ne recommandons ABSOLUMENT pas d'acheter ce produit chez eux.
Nous avions éviter de passer par AMAZON, mais nous regrettons car nous aurions au moins pu régler ce problème avec Amazon, puis eux se seraient charger de voir avec VTOMAN directement...
