I purchased a jacket using the Shop app. Vuarnet site said YEs to Return within 21 days. I have requested Return info from Vuarnet website, sent emails to them, tried their 866 number, and no one is there. Even the phone number for their store in NYC doesn't work. Shop is also NO help.

They sell items there are out of stock!!!

I have been a Vuarnet (now Thelios/LVMH) wearer since my teen years. I bought a pair from Vuarnet's website. After about 10 months, one hinge completely failed and the other hinge was hanging on by a thread. I sent the sunglasses in for warranty service. They first denied the claim, then they offered me a $50 gift card . Then they offered me a frame replacement with a different color. Now I have not heard from them in over one month. Not the same Vuarnet customer service they used to have. I will likely never purchase again. I bought a pair of Krewe's. I will probably stick with them until LVMH buy's them.

They were extremely rude. I went in with my father and brother because my father wanted to buy new sunglasses. He was trying a lot on and the store sleek even picked out a few for him to try on and then my brother got up to try some on so I did as well. I tried on one pair and looked in the mirror and when I went to try on a pair my father had previously tried that I like the store sleek came up to my quietly and told me not to touch everything in a very rude way while grabbing the sunglasses and putting them back. I was in shock and just went to go sit back down while my brother and dad do to used to try on more pairs and I just started to cry so much I had to go outside because I couldn’t be in there anymore. I’ve never been treated so rudely in a store before. Ima little younger than my brother so I would have understood more if I was with only my friends but I was with my family and don’t understand why I was treated to risky while my family wasn’t. Do not recommend this place is a bunch of pretentious assholes with ugly sunglasses that are extremely overpriced. Could but better ones at any other place.

La marque n'est plus ce qu'elle était. Verres et montures de mauvaise qualité. SAV inexistant même l'opticien où j'ai effectué mon achat n'arrive pas à les joindre.
Fuyez cette marque trop chère ! C'est que des problèmes.

J’ai eu toute ma jeunesse des vuarnet c’était la meilleure lunette solaire ! Increvable ! C’était avant… j’ai acheté une solaire il y’a à peine 3 ans avec sa pochette rigide en supplément, oui en supplément …et son cordon mais la lunette que l’utilise lorsque je marche et bord de mer pour des périodes de bronzette , l’été uniquement car protectrices sur les côtes ! Elle s’est cassé en la retirant en deux au niveau du nez! Je pense réellement un défaut! Pas très bon accueil à la boutique me confirmant que j’ai du avoir un coup sur le nez! Le ciel ne m’est pas tombé sur la tête , de plus soigneuse et j’ai deux masques ( Moncler Chanel) plus 5 solaires toutes dans des pochons ! J’ai écrit au siège qui renvoie boutique et surtout ne fait rien résultat : terminé vuarnet ce n’est plus vuarnet!plus aimable pour vendre et encore je n’avais pas eu un accueil de folie

Ordered on Jan 25. After hearing nothing by Feb 6, I click on track order on my original order email - I get a website can't be found message... which was pretty worrying. I Google the website and find it, do a chat with CS rep, who says the order hadn't been processed yet.... 10 days... so I just asked them to cancel it. Hopefully they don't screw up the refund too.

While the glasses are good. the customer service is poor. My Vuarnet sunglasses (c. US$400) nose pad dislodged & were lost. I contacted the customer service for replacement 3 times & still have NOT received the replacement nose pads. Their customer service stopped replying to my e-mail ! I would be happy to either buy them online or pay for the shipment but to no avail. Without the nose pad, the V sunglasses are simply useless. I recently bought a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses as replacement. I asked Maui Jim to replace the foldable case which they did quickly. Maui Jim's customer service is excellent.

Je déplore d’avoir un avis de la même lignée : En effet de nombreuses traces d’oxydation sont apparus sur ma monture achetée en septembre 2021. Le revendeur et Vuarnet refuse la prise en charge. Dommage qu’une telle marque soit devenu aussi médiocre. Comme quoi le prix n’est pas toujours gage de qualité !!!

This is an update. I have used their sunglasses for so long that I decided to give them one more chance to respond. No luck, the final nail in the coffin for all things Vuarnet.

Des lunettes de soleil dont les protections plastiques de nez et d'oeil se dégradent au bout de 2 ans. Aucune solution de remplacement proposée.................. à ce prix là...inadmissible.

I have repeatedly contacted this company for a repair of my glasses. I spent over $2000 on prescription lenses, sending them to France. The temples on the glasses have become loose and need repair. I emailed 3 times, no response. Few optometry shops will even attempt to repair it, so I must find a dealer, and there is no help from Vuarnet's customer service department.
Never again will I recommend Vuarnet; my next pair will be anything other than Vuarnet.

I really like the glasses. As with others I bought them in the '80s also. I did not get a leash that was part of my order. Customer service confirms it. When I asked for it they tell me that will be $19. After repeatingly asking to talk to a manager, they closed the chat box and block me out. The eShop email they gave me does not get answered. On a separate matter I asked for a warranty. They sent me their warranty agreement. That is basically 15 different ways they will not help you. Not a positive line in it. I like the glasses but everything else sucks! Wish I didn't get reinvested. They accused me of returning an order with BUGGERS on it! And HARASSMENT! Don't go there.

Un verre cassé on me propose une paire de verres plus chère que la monture avec verres acheté en magasin je trouve cela moyen pour une entreprise française , cela pousse à la consommation génial l’esprit montagne
