This service appears to be fraudulent. I paid for the Pro plan, however the platform is completely non-functional. Every time I submit a prompt to build a project, the system redirects me to an error page stating “Something went wrong, try again.” This issue occurs consistently and without exception, making the core functionality unusable.
Repeated attempts yield the exact same result, with no explanation, no resolution, and no workaround. Despite paying for a premium subscription, I am unable to access or use the services advertised.
Additionally, there is no effective customer support. There has been no response, no technical assistance, and no acknowledgment of this critical issue. As a paying customer, this level of service is unacceptable.
I have paid for a product that does not work as described, and the lack of support only reinforces serious concerns about the legitimacy and reliability of this platform.

I just saw your review and also emailed you directly.
I reviewed your account and you're absolutely right - you got error pages on all 3 attempts within your first hour (Feb 8, 10:56-11:25). You paid for Pro and got nothing. This is unacceptable.
This was during our V2 transition in early February, but that's no excuse for your first experience being completely broken.
Here's what I'm offering:
1. FULL REFUND processed within 24 hours, OR
2. I'll personally debug what went wrong + 2 months Pro free on our now-stable V2
V2 is stable now (mid-Feb) with:
• Complete redesign with better error handling
• Real backend generation (PostgreSQL)
• Proper monitoring so issues get caught immediately
