This web application handles subscription of subscription of multiple online entertainment websites. If you want to cancel the subscription you need to provide your email, your last 4 digit of card you used for subscription and the target website. I followed these instructions but they kept charging me!! Such a hassle! They scam you easily.

I cancelled my subscription and yet it still tries to charge me random amounts of money

Scammer I am very, very sad. They took my money. I don’t know how to cancel the sub subscribe. I don’t know about it.

If I can get of a zero, I would they’re fraudulent run block dispute, and do not look back. They keep hitting my account. I don’t even know where they came from.

Was signed up automatically to a website called BangPremium after paying for a subscription on blacked and blacked-raw. Luckily I spotted the email saying I had a premium subscription to BangPremium that would become active in a few days, charging me god knows what. On BangPremiums website, the delete account, cancel account and live chat doesn't work. It lists VXNBill as the payment handler, but you can't simply cancel it on VXNBill as they don't make it available to be selected and cancelled the same way you can cancel other websites. So the only way to cancel it is by contacting VXNBill by live chat. the cancellation doesn't reflect on the bangpremium website. So I'd recommend you ask for a copy of the live chat and cancel the card they have on file.
3 stars because they answer their live chat quickly and will send a copy of it to your email. But minus 2 stars for hiding the option to cancel that shady website, and making the only way to cancel by calling them.

Thieves tricked me and no doubt many others with a sneaky TICKED box for an extra website I did not want to join.

I contacted them when I saw the extra payment of £27+ on my account. They initially refunded the money but then the dirty sneaky thieves took the payment AGAIN two days later!

I've literally just emailed them about their theft minutes ago.

I'll need to contact my bank about these thieves and get them banned from taking money out of my account.

Can't even contact the webmaster of the site I did want as the contact page just goes to the thieves at VxnBill.

I learned about VXN BILL only after my debit card got shut down by my bank. These scammers are still trying to run my dead card a week later for $34.95. Stay away from these people and make sure your bank has good fraud detection capabilities.

SCAM COMPANY, do NOT do business with, avoid at all costs. Never did business with this company but they claim that I did. Takes your money without offering ANYTHING.
