They charge you even if you cancel
I bought a server because of their cheap prices. Then they had frequent downtimes caused by the company they get their servers from, Ravnix. I cancelled on their billing site and then it still charged. I asked for a refund but the person said they aren't doing that because I didn't cancel on PayPal. I cancelled on their site. I don't know any other company doing stuff like this.

As I said, I cancelled on the billing site. I never heard of any other service requiring you to cancel on both the site and PayPal. Also, they did very much know that I cancelled because my access to the panel was gone after the subscription should've expired.

This is literally what I did. I did reach out and asked you to refund it and you said you won't. You charged us despite us cancelling.

Hello,
Sorry about your experience with us. I do have to say in our Policy we do have a 12 hours refund policy. This means if the payment went through you have half of an entire day to open a ticket and get a refund from us. And with how PayPal is when you cancel with us, PayPal also has a setting in "Bills" where you can turn on/off auto-pay.
Our team also don't know if you have access with your service or not as they do not check client's information & more. If you get any issues it's advised to open a ticket and chat with one of our support team members and together allowing them the permission to check more and help sort the issue.

This is the BEST hosting.

Cheap price and good support
The prices are very low compared to other hosts. The support is very nice and very helpful. The server's performance is good aswell. If you're looking to host a server I recommend this host.
