I dont recomment this site , If you send an email they response up to more than 48 hours , If you load your card from BTC to USD , It takes too long , more than 8 days , the fees to withdrawal money from ATM are really high

They used to work fairly well. After the VISA/MasterCard take-down their support was TOTALLY SHUT OFF and in months of chasing, THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED FUNDS FROM THE SHUTDOWN CARDS!

*UPDATE: Only days after posting this review at trustpilot, WAGECAN SUDDENLY emailed a form, asking to send private confidential information in insecurely by email, even though I did so under complaint, and under duress, and have followed up repeatedly, they have not answered since...

To their credit, internally, they may be the only card company that has a working card after the round 3 assaults by Visa and MasterCard of the last 10 days..

Their new golden card actually works and is delivered with only the name global cash printed on it...

This part is impressive, they have the intestinal fortitude to survive these kinds of assaults, even if their support is overwhelmed

...Their app if set up properly requires password, fingerprint, and authentication code every time... Though clunky that is admirable too... Triple security

Scam. 4 weeks so far and they still won't verify my account. A different excuse every time. "Scanned signed page was grayscale not colour" W-T-F? Doubt I'll ever be able to refund my bitcoin I pre loaded.

I have a bad experience I did not know that the card could only be issued through a passport I am a citizen of Colombia I do not have a passport at the time

the page does not specify what documents should be for verification before charging for the shipment

I have 0.092 btc that the platform does not let me withdraw to a wallet it says error and it charges me 350 usd of comicion for withdrawing my money

100% scam will report this to the cyber crime unit

Sending bitcoin worked, filled out all forms, requires upload of photos, so I switch to camera take required photos, when I switch back I have to fill everything in again! Okay, so I do that, select upload, it says required apps not connected. So I set the appropriate permissions, re-fill all required entries, still cannot upload anything.
So I decide to screw it and refund my stuff and it refuses regardless of how high saying "$2000 daily limit" reached. Seriously? It won't even allow transfer of a single Satoshi!
So I try to find a help phone number, no luck on site. Whois says godaddy, and godaddy says a number that is not in service.
SMELLS REAL SCAMMY!
Moral of the story: Don't trust these guys, always do your research before sending anyone money, even if referred through a trusted site.
