The actual product once received is amazing well built and works a treat for our bulldog Betty.
However it took along time to arrive but hopefully we think it was worth the wait.

V2 pod dog bed
Some initial delay between order and receipt of the dog bed but was kept fully appraised by Max. Our dog is not a happy traveller by car and previously found it difficult to settle however since using the pod she jumps in happily knowing she is safe, secure and comfortable in her cosy pod. The pod appears very well made, easy to clean and looks durable. Excellent saftety features such as the isofix, the headrest straps and the tether give peace of mind that she is safe in the car. We did have to find a different cushion for her to lay on in the bed as the one it came with wasn’t soft enough for princess fussy paws 🙄🤣

Max is great! He is passionate about his company and the products he has produced, yes he has over stretched a bit on the odd delivery schedule but that’s down to a great product. I found communication with Max very easy and quick. The product we have is the large bed, it’s fantastic! Very easy to fix in the car and our dog absolutely loves it. Cleaning it after a muddy walk is effortless. The beds are made to a very high quality and I’m sure will last for years.

Order went well and no delays, easy assemble and quality pretty good. Not tried it out with the dog yet but fits into the car nice and safely. all round good experience

As many other people have said, it was disappointing that the product was advertised as next day delivery and took ages to come. It’s a shame there was no instructions although it was easy enough to assemble. My dog doesn’t love but doesn’t hate it. Probably cos she’s locked in!
Quality is decent but not sure if it’s worth the ££. Time will tell. I’m hopeful.

I genuinely wish Max and the company the best but they should have been honest about the timings on delivery. In hindsight I would have never ordered if I knew it would take so long for delivery as was driving home to Scotland and needed it asap. I feel bad as I want to support a new business but I think it looks like it grew too quickly and they couldn’t keep up with demand.

I emailed and got an apology from Max which was a nice touch. But I think they could’ve offered more as an apology for a product I paid a fair amount of money for and waited a long time. I would say to Max, just be honest with customers don’t lie about next day delivery when it’s going to take a few months.
I haven’t returned it as I want them to be a success and like I said it seems decent quality. I wish you the best. But please learn from the negative reviews. And a fold down water bowl doesn’t help as a freebie when you think you have been scammed! I think this was likely a massive worry from a lot of customers. The instagram update with the delivery to your warehouse was helpful I must say and calmed my nerves.
Just try and not over promise on what can’t be delivered I would say. But genuinely wish you all the best x

Honest review….. ordered my XXL in December, all emails sent about where is my order were answered. My order turned up end of March.

On my 1st use the restraint inside the bed came away from the stitching when I opened the van door and my dog pulled to greet me…. Rather that way than having an accident and finding out it broke during a shunt.

I was personally called by Max with options on a fix. This was to add another restraint via the D-ring or be refunded. I was sent 2 new restraints to fit to the D-Rings.

Despite the length of time and a quality issue I stuck with the bed as comparing it to some others the quality was actually good.

Hopefully going forward they will take the opportunity to increase the quality of the leashes and stitching.

I could complain, but all my correspondence was answered, they were willing to help sort out the broken leash issue for me. Yes it was frustrating but what isn’t these days.

Yes I would but another but would like to see the quality improved in this area. Hopefully Waggingrights take on board the issue and resolve it on a V3.

There are a few reviews on long lead times, understandable people are disappointed with that but not a big deal.

All in all my dogs love the bed, it is now safely fitted in the van with Isofix and leash restraints. Thanks to Waggingrights.

Geeat product. Had changed our travelling with our cockapoo who is much mote settled and comfortable since we installed the wagging rights dog bed. He feels safe and appears much more relaxed than ever before when in the car. Max responded quickly to all my emails and kept me well informed.

We ordered the bed for our Cocker Spaniel who hates being in the car. We used the bed in the house first so he could get used to it. Now he is very happy to sit in the bed on long journeys. I definitely recommend this product.

I bought one of these beds for my beautiful dog and I’m so impressed with the quality. Once it’s fully puffed out, it’s really thick, supportive, and looks incredibly comfortable.

My Vizsla (who is definitely a bit of a prince!) absolutely loves it and settled straight in. It feels well-made and durable, and you can tell it’s been designed with comfort in mind.

Really pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend to other dog owners!

Although my order was delayed. The owner personally contacted everyone who were having issues. This personal touch is amazing. I'm grateful for the constant updates. When I got my travel bed it was definitely worth the wait the quality is unmatched 👌.

Well made. Stays secure in the car. I like both isofix and also fixes around the headrest. This helps keep the seat in place. The dogs love it.

Really happy with the product. It’s sturdy and very good quality. There was a delay with shipping but customer service was quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely buy from here again

Max (the founder of WaggingRights) offered good communication when chasing the delayed delivery of our Dog Dock V2. However lessons learnt should be to contact customers first to explain and offer refunds to ease any anxiety being felt by the customer. Having said that, we love the Dog Dock V2 and so does our 6 month old Tibetan Terrier! Great product, easy to clean, well made and does what it says on the tin! Happy customer in the end. Five stars for the product which is really well made and my spangle loves it. She jumps in and settles down immediately. We are getting out and about more knowing she is comfortable and safe is paramount 🐾

Weve had similar style dog bed for the car before but it only lasted 12 months. This bed is so much better ! I can tell the difference in quality. Yes its expensive but its worth every penny. We got the XL for our medium 25kg golden doodle and its perfect for him. Its easy to carry and its fits perfectly on the back seat , cocooning him. Like others, ive found the ISO fix a bit stiff to get on and off , so have taken to not using them. This is a really great product and importantly the pooch loves it. Ive dropped a star because of the challenges Max had with the supply chain and the wait was long. Its a new business with a great product 👌. Communication during the delays was great.

I have to say this product is great really nice material and my dog loves it and you can see it is put together so well… the only problem I had was a few weeks delay in me receiving it other than that great product !!!

Although the wait for the beds to arrive was long once they came I couldn’t be happier. Once I opened the vacuum packed cushions I fluffed them up and left them for a day before another fluff up. The beds were very easy to put together you are literally placing the cushions inside the zipped sections, add the straps and you’re good to go. My new puppy loves her new seat and is very secure in the car that I don’t worry about her whilst driving, my older dog hates to travel but this seat must make him feel better because he doesn’t cry like he used to. The Isofix is a brilliant extra bit of safety, I would recommend and would order from this company again.

The dog bed arrived faulty. The cushions are unusable. Max promised a replacement. The replacement cushions never arrived and 4 weeks later Max is igroning my emails. Please don't waste your money.

When I received the item I was pleasantly surprised as it is very good quality and a good set up for assembling. The right size and very safe for travel.
I was a customer that had to wait for a month for delivery but when enquired was reassured and very politely and professionally done.
You have to understand that sometimes in business particular a new one things don’t always go smoothly.

Had problems with my order. However Max reached out and offered solutions. I’m really happy with the product.
