Horrible experience. I ordered on thing and received another. When I asked to resolve the issue, Bryan from customer service refused to help. I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

This was the email I sent to WakeMakers. It clearly explains the poor customer service and attention to timely details for a customer trying to buy a waterski for a birthday present. Extremely frustrating and I'm still waiting for my reimbursement.

Brian, this is an extremely poor response time and poor customer service. I placed the order and paid the money for the ski on July 8th, with confirmation that the purchase was successful. This was a birthday gift. I sent an email on July 16th asking for an update on shipping and ETA because it's been crickets from your company. Now, only after I have requested the shipping info a week after I paid for the ski, with confirmation of the sale, you respond on July 17th that the ski is no longer available. That is very unacceptable customer service from any company. It makes me wonder how long it would have taken if I hadn't sent the email requesting shipping info. When were you going to send me an email letting me know the ski was no longer available and how long were you going to hang on to my money. Please email me when the full purchase has been credited to my account.

I ordered some wakeboard racks from this company whose website indicated that they were in stock in which ship within 2 to 3 business days. It’s now been over one month and no product. I was told by customer service that the maker of the racks was behind due to high volume. Do not advertise that a product will ship within 2 to 3 days because it’s in stock if it’s not in stock, I was able to order the racks from another company and they are shipping them overnight. Poor job WakwMakers!

Came faster then expected much appreciated ready to do another order

I placed my order on June 22. 8 days later I called and absolutely nothing had been done to complete my order. Then you told me the size I ordered was no longer available. I guess somebody else bought it while you did NOTHING. You said you would get back to me 2 times regarding my order and again- NOTHING. 10 day after placing my order (today) I called to see when the ski I ordered was shipped and again you did NOTHING.

Well here in Hawaii we have no sporting goods of any kind here. Everyone here in Hawaii and mostly in my ski club buy online. Your company will receive the same from my ski club in Hawaii- NOTHING. I’ll make sure everyone here knows about your company.

And now the person I was buying this for will have NOTHING to ski on this 4th of July. BIG THANKS

Product was out of stock, saying more on order but took a month to receive did not get any up dates at all would of been nice to hear somthing

The staff was very polite and responsive several times when I reached out for confirmation about shipping details and arrival estimates. Very impressed with the level of customer service.

Product was as described. Tested it to see if it works. It does. Just haven't used it a lot yet. But will be in a month or so. I'm hoping it last longer then the original. My only wish, and it isn't much, would have been had it come with a small tube of lube for assembly. Would recommend this company. Fast shipping and updated tracking

Had a great experience with the sales rep, Brian. It was very helpful in locating the correct prop for me and tracking it down. Was able to receive it before memorial weekend down in Long Beach. You guys saved my memorial weekend and was able to get the boat out with the family. Thank you.

The ballast upgrade kit came quickly and was supper easy to install, under an hour per side, excellent quality and fit.
