Very good experience
Good price, very quick delivery, Walkers phoned to check that a substitute for a blade that was unavailable was acceptable, first class service.
I haven't used saw blades yet so cannot comment on quality of cut but blades look well made.

I'm sorry that you're unhappy at the emails you've received.
These emails are automatically sent out by Trust Pilot to ask our customers to give their experience of using our website and our products. These reviews in turn help other potential customers make an informed decision over which websites they buy from. This is common practice amongst most online sellers nowadays and in our opinion is a very useful tool for people looking to shop online.
For future reference on emails from companies such as Trust Pilot there is an option usually found near the bottom of the message where you can 'opt out' of future emails, this would stop Trust Pilot emails coming through from ourselves and any other company you buy from who uses Trust Pilot.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review anyway, hopefully even though the emails from Trust Pilot have frustrated you you are still able to appreciate the quality of the steel cutting saw blade that we supplied you.

Looking for some new saw blades for my…
Looking for some new saw blades for my circular saws checked out their website then sent off an email to the company with some questions re my saws and use etc was pleasantly surprised with the very detailed reply next day with their recommendations.
The saw blades arrived next day well packaged and in good order.ive since used 2 of the .4 I ordered on both mrmdf and some very old oak they cut clean and effectively even when pushing through a little quickly, no burnout of timber. Ok the blades are new but I get the feeling these will last as long as some competitors blades twice the price!
Give them a go I'll be purchaseng from them again. Plus it's a British company !!!

After a quick exchange of technical emails I placed a small order which arrived promptly
When I went to fit the blade I found I had ordered the wrong size
Contacted sales desk and ordered replacement which arrived promptly
Sent back wrong blade and received Credit to be paid to credit card imediately
Very simple slick service
Though the amount of business I placed was tiny I received all the attention I needed
